filter Grocery store oil first or after?

If i use Grocery store oil, shud i filter it first before i dropp it in to the vial with the powder Or is it enough to filter it once with the powder, the last thing you do when you fill it into the vial?

Sesame, Vegetable, Cottonseed, Grapeseed, Walnut, Peanut, whatever.

Oil does not cause pain unless there is something wrong with it.

Walnut oil has very low viscocity which is one reason why I use it.
