Filtering single dose amps

Although I havent started brewing yet, I have all my supplies. I have 50 1ml amps of some Iranian Test I bought a cpl mos ago. What I want to do is break them all open and run them through one of the millipore sterile cups I got and then put the test into multi use vials. I want to filter them in case there is glass particles from breaking the amps. Should I heat the stuff b4 I filter it so it runs smoother through it and shld I use a 22 or 45 membrane? A pharmacist I know says to use the 22. What do u all think?

i fucking hate those amps bro, i usually just preload my syringes when dealing with them.
heating it up will should make it quicker.
as for 22 or 45 i would say go with 22
