** Final 3 weeks -- contest prep weight loss **

Experienced competitors please respond.

I'm entering my second season competing and trying to make weight. I'm really dialed in now with 3.5 weeks to go. I'm not looking to get feedback on diet or contest prep. I've got that covered. What i'm looking for is a gauge on how much weight experienced competitors here have lost in the final 3 weeks prior to hitting the stage.

I currently sit at 187 and fairly ripped at 3.5 weeks out. I need to get to 176.25 to make middles. Obviously, thats cutting it close. What is your experience and more importantly "how much" weight have you successfully dropped in the final weeks to make your weight class.

id say ur sitting right on the mark. is your weight in day the before? when u take into account water loss ect i think ull come pretty close. Last 3 wks for me i really drop the weight too quickly to try and make class. what i end up do is lossing a lot of size also.
 
185 lbs this morning after waking and I got to weigh in Friday night (June 8) at 176.25 or under. So 8.75 lbs to go in 3 weeks. Sounds do-able but I hate cutting this one so close. I don't have much fat anywhere left to lose. I figure at least 6 lbs water will come off.
