Just took these on Saturday. Weight is about 230lbs. I think I gained some fat. I have not been able to do any cardio for a couple months. I have been working like 60+ hrs/week, and just to damn tired....

anyway, what do you all think needs most improvement?
 
Thanks guys. I agree my back needs some more work. I will continue to bust my ass, and hopefully make some more improvements!
 
bring up shoulder width they seem to slope , back needs lower lats to come out more along with overall lat width , chest calves legs arms all look great.

try underhand grip for back movements maybe just one per back day .
 
looking great as always mike...but of course to get a better idea of your progress i will need to see you without those pesky shorts on... :laugh3:
