just recently purchased finaplix h pellets and by the time they arrived the ice pouch was no longer cold. What happens if it gets warm. Is it not good to use now?

I did them once but bought from a 3rd party

they gave me wicked back acne but size/strength gains were very good.

I also passed on the DMSO gel method and just administered orally which supposedly produces roughly 30-40% less of the substance.

I've never heard of them shipping with ice packs. But they should be sealed in a shrinkwrapped gray plastic.

I think the ice pouches are useless, they are never cold by the time the arrive. Just put them in the refrigerator as soon as you get them.
