hairloss runs on my mothers side.. if i take masteron with a high dose of finastride will be ok up top?

Finasteride and dutasteride only work in blocking the enzyme which converts testosterone (endogenous or exogenous) into DHT. Thus, they will not have any effect (positive or negative) in preventing any loss that may arise from the masteron.
Your best bet in preventing accelerated hair loss would be to wash with nizoral shampoo a couple times per week and religiously use a good topical anti-androgen such as spironolactone or fluridil twice per day.
