Finished 4 week Super dmz 2.0 cycle, LOVED IT! Pct question

I'm 28 years old 6'1 with 4 years of lifting experience. I went from 183 to 202 in just 4 weeks of Super dmz 2.0 at 2 pills a day. Loved this stuff... I have a Pct question about keeping most of my gains.

On cycle I trained 6 days a week doing 16-18 sets each muscle group doing 10-12 reps each. SOOO during Pct is it recommended to cut the workout down to maybe 10-12 sets each muscle group while only doing 5 reps heavy each set??? Also should I still workout 6 days or cut that down too?

CLOMID 50MG each day 4 weeks

Daa
LOTS OF FOOD 4000 cals
