did my last pin today.... soon will be starting my post cycle therapy (pct) was just curious what i should do about calorie consumption and was wondering how much weight i will lose and what will i keep... any input would be great.....
i started at 185 and eneded a 201 very happy with the gains im a little afraid to lose wanna keep runnin somthing but i know i have to stop... next cycle is prop and winni whatta ya think wanna cut up for the summerI would try to keep the cal input high and add some creatine along with post cycle therapy (pct) to help keep the gains.
What was your totally gains?Were you happy with the out come?...curious

Honestly nobody can tell you how much you will keep, however you can maximize that amount by following simple steps:
1. Eat alot
2. Get enough of rest
3. Decrease your intensity in the gym until you are feeling fine again
4. Creatine can help as well
