I would try to keep the cal input high and add some creatine along with post cycle therapy (pct) to help keep the gains.

What was your totally gains? Were you happy with the out come?...curious

i started at 185 and eneded a 201 very happy with the gains im a little afraid to lose wanna keep runnin somthing but i know i have to stop... next cycle is prop and winni whatta ya think wanna cut up for the summer

...I agree...eat cleaner but still lots..and i have to train LESS, in regard s to volume due to my metabolism.
..I too am curious as to how it went from beginning to end..what did you run..

well why wouldnt you wanna be cut fro summer olympian?

anyway you need to take some time off too bro. if you just did a 12 weeker you probably shouldnt be cycling till august/september

time off=time on+pct. usually.

i ran for 10 weeks to be exact so i figured i could start by middle of june am i wrong if so tell me when i can start again

ya i dunno bro id say lst week of july but thats just IMO. blood test could tell you more.

april 5th wait 2 weeks for post cycle therapy (pct) is april 19, 1 month post cycle therapy (pct),bout may 17,then ten weeks later is july 26th

..don t let it depress you....too bad. You felt godlike and now getting back to normalcey is bound to be somewhat of a letdown.
Look at how much water weight you put on..fat..if any.
Creatine will help with the waterloss. Lot s of rest...if I keep 2-3 solid pound s for every 12 weeks...mission accomplished.

like RJ always says, dont let the scale dictate your happiness, look at the mirror to guage how things really are

Honestly nobody can tell you how much you will keep, however you can maximize that amount by following simple steps:
1. Eat alot
2. Get enough of rest
3. Decrease your intensity in the gym until you are feeling fine again
4. Creatine can help as well
Hope this helps

i agree with all but number 3 .

IMO
keep intensity HIGH
keep weight lifted HIGH
drop sets and reps a little , maybe 20 % or so.
