First Anavar only cycle help with pct and more(liquid form)

I'm 22 years old 6'4 215 pounds don't know my Body fat percentage(somewhere around 16 %) maybe you guys can help me figure that out as well. Basically I'm looking for any recommendations only wanna do this if I'm gonna do it right.

Thinking about 10 weeks at 60 or 80 mg a day
what should I take well i'm on it since I believe personally that it does shut you down. maybe some test
pct? nolva? clomid? how long?
anything else I should do or know any input is greatly appreciated thanks!

Welcome to Ology bro, first thing oral only cycles are not good for anyone. Read the sticky on tha anabolic forum, first cycle and pcts, standard pcts etc, etc. Do your reaserch put your plan togheter them comeback and see how it looks. No one is gona do the job for you. It`s on you to learn and reaserch, is for your own benefit.

BTW your too young for gear IMO...

Alright thanks for the input I'll wait till I'm older then any chance you can point me in the right direction for a good diet wanting to obviously gain weight if no then no problem thanks anyways
