Hey all so im about to start a clen cycle, staring at 40mcg working up to 120mcg, and was wondering everyones thoughts...i'm 6'3 205... lifting 5 days a week, doing fasted cardio 3 and walking 1.5 miles to class two days...eating 2400 kcals about 300g protein, 67ish g fat and 150ish g carb..im very meticulous with counting calories using my fitness pal and am incredibly strict, no cheating for me! do you guys reckon this will warrant good results? cheers!
