First Clenbuterol cycle

A friend and I are both starting a Clen cycle, beginning today, tightened up our eating really strict, and work out 6 days a week. We've both been actively eating healthy and in the gym for 6 months, but are trying to kick a plateau. Any advice? I read to take it with Benadryl like every other week, and someone suggested taking it 2 days on 1 day off. Any other info would be quite helpful, open to suggestions! thanks!

If you still have 20-30 lbs to lose then clen is not for you. You should start with an OTC fat burner/appetite suppressant try Forged Burner

Post your daily diet so I can be of more help.

What is your current age? weight? height? training routine?
 
Well, several of my friends at the gym disagree, im 160 5'3, and am very muscular. My diet is full of protein, little to no carbs, veggies...the norm. I have tried thermogenics, they're just not enough to take it to the next level for me. I'm not flabby, just trying to hit the mid section and problem areas. I work out hard, can't exactly post my workout at the moment, but i assure you, im no barbie just at the gym trying to look cute. I change my workout routines, and educate myself on bodybuilding.com regarding my workouts, etc.
