Hie i am bout 200lbs at bout 18 percent body fat.I am 5feet 8. I wanna start a cutting cycle which is gonna be first cut. I have no idea how to cut properly as i have never done one before. I wanna be at 180-185lbs at 10 percent bf at the end of my cut. However i want to cut down to about 13-14 percent bf before i run my cycle. how should i change my diet as to minimize the amount of muscle loss before I start my cycle.
