first cutting cycle help needed!

just gonna start my first cutter always bulked on test only so im hopeing for some advice on a cycle and good post cycle therapy (pct)
im 25
5,10
230lbs 16% bf

only problem is i cant source many different steroids so if someone could help me put a worth while cycle together out of either test e Sustanon (sust) and oral Winstrol (winny) would be gratefull have nolva and clomid on hand so advice on post cycle therapy (pct) as ive never used winny! cheers guys!
