View attachment 563303Hello , im 18 and half years old , 5'8 195lbs 16% bodyfat , i have been training for about 3.5 years , working hard for 3 years only, the first 6 months was a joke.
for the first 2 years i was working on strength programs as i really like to lift heavy, last year i moved to powerbuilding as i hit plateus , my lifts are:
Benchpress 295.
Squat 495.
Deadlift 515.
ALL RAW.
I'm participating in Israel junior's powerlifting competition.
for the last 2 months i upgraded my calorie intake to 5000 because i wasnt moving up in weights and thats sucks, moreover another problem is all of big guys in the competiton already cycled 1 time atleast as the competetion is for 18-21 years old , so i was thinking of running an oral cycle for like 6 weeks because i really want to win the competition as it will help me getting the sponsorship im working on..
A russian powerlifter who is 27 years old friend of mine , suggested me an Anavar+Dbol cycle, to be honest i was thinking of running anavar alone , as i want to stay around 200lbs because im in the 200lbs class and as you know the lower the bodyfat -----> MORE MUSCLE.
what do you think?
he can plan the cycle as im not really into steroids, I only use, Universal ultra pro whey, Universal Creatine, Animal pak, and sometimes a good pre workout.
I know that most of you will say im too young , but believe me for what im saying , i worked double shifts alot to make money in order to quit working for 2 months and focus on my training to get plenty of rest , food and sleep, and for the PCT i will buy everything my friend/you would suggest to minimize the side effects.
In the end im here to hear what you have to say , because you're older than me and have more experience.
Sorry if my english isn't that good , its the 4th language i can speak, thanks again!
I UPLOADED A PHOTO OF ME DEADLIFTING 440 for 4 reps.

Peaked at age 18.5? I doubt it. You just need to eat more. Diet is the key.

And just so you know, males cannot run oral-only cycles. Injectable testosterone must be a part of every cycle.

I know that i should be running a test as a base for any cycle.. i know that dbol will close my growthplates when anavar doesn't but if i take proviron clomid and nolva.. will i be okay?

No, no, and no. There's too much wrong with everything you're trying to do. I don't even know where to start. First and most important issue is your age.

Thanks, im here to listen to what guys like you say, so i should not mess with anavar right?

You're gonna hate hearing all of this advice, because the monster inside you that loves to lift and just wants to get bigger and stronger, sees AAS as the perfect tonic for success....

However, when you look at the bigger picture - the risk v's reward just isn't worth it.

Take the money you were going to invest in drugs - and hire yourself a powerlifting specific dietician for the year, learn from him how to construct on and off season diets that will help your progress continue. Treat it as an investment into a culinary education that will last you a lifetime.

Yes, of course, running a cycle will make your muscles stronger and temporarily increase your lifts. That's undeniable.

But when your muscles start to out lift your connective tissues and joints - and injuries start sprouting up all over your body, remind yourself of what the vets here tried to tell you today.

Make the most of what god gave you buddy - your testosterone levels are peaking right now - nail down that nutrition plan and keep the AAS for your later years.

This, this, and THIS!

As a former powerlifter, I promise you that you WANT those slow gains to build up your connective tissue strength. I can't imagine the troubles I'd have if I hadn't spent so much time natural, growing those tendons to be as strong as they are. Granted, I did eventually wreck my knees, but it was after I broke 1800 total (raw), and on the job... D'oh!

Please pay attention.

This the wrong time in your life to do aas, the right time to step back and re eval this WHOLE ideation that at 18 and the wrong place to seek endorsement of your proposed cycle. The end result will be very very potentially and possibly permanently fuckin your body and dream s of being a class powerlifter and a healthy man both physically and mentally.

The verdict is in. Sorry pal, you will have to wait at least 5 years before you get the green light from anyone other than a sociopath steroid source.

You're lifting great amount of weight for your mass. If I was you I'd wait at least until your 22. Your still growing, you have to change up the diet, change up the workout routines. Theres still much to learn at your age. I thought I knew everything, but as the years progressed I learned more, and more.
