whats up bros..I am new to the board and looking for some input on my first cycle. I am 20 and have been training for 7 years. Currently I am 200lbs. with 7% bodyfat. I have done a few cycles of prohormones before such as mag10, etc. but this will be the first time for the real deal. I am planning on running it like this:
Weeks 1-4: 20mg/ED Dbol
Weeks 1-10: 400mg/week EQ
Weeks 1-8: 250mg/week test enan.
Weeks 9-12: 50mg/EOD winstrol
Ancillaries will be 25mg/ED proviron, and 10-20mg/ED Nolva
THe day after my last shot of winstrol, I am planning on doing 5000IU HCG, 5 days later I will do another 2500IU, 5 days later I will do a final 2500IU.
I will start clomid along with HCG, at a dose of 200mg. the first day, followed by 100mg/ED for 2 weeks, followed by 50mg/ED for 2 more weeks.
Planning on going for around 450-500 grams of protein per day. Same amount of carbs. Will keep my fat intake at 80-100 grams per day. Shooting for approx 4500 calories total. Coming from clean foods and some weight gain shakes. On the weekends I plan to cheat a little and still eat a lot of calories but eat some junk food too. Lastly, I am planning on drinking 1-2 gallons of water per day.
Planning on training 5 days/week. Hitting each bodypart twice/week. Also doing 2-sessions of cardio/week for 40 mins (running)
WHat do you guys think of this? I would appreciate any input, positive or negative...thanks
