been working out since 18, but been consistent since 22, diet was off but got back on track 4 months ago.
i started a post in december, had no knowledge of AAS Whatsoever and got bashed from Everyone lol. so now i think I'm ready.

test prop
dbol (injectable)

week 1-10 test prop 150mg/week
week 2-6 Dbol 60mg/week (2 shots of 30mg each

pct clomid only.

iv already started the test prop for a week, my second week starts today so can you guys see if i need to add or change anything? I'm only trying to add on about 10 pounds by march. any help would be greatly appreciated ;) thanks in advance

You need to learn how to eat. If you've been working out seriously for two years, you should be bigger than 150. Steroids will only help you grow if you learn how to eat first.

iv been eating but I'm a med student, its hard to keep up, but from the last 3-4 months iv been on track, eating 5-6 times a day, I'm taking was just to add some weight.

150mg if test per week is not a cycle. That is Testosterone Replacement Therapy.

First cycle should be Test only. Drop the dbol.

Get the AI. Do pre, mid a d post cycle blood work too.

Add Nolva to your PCT.

Run hCG during your cycle.

should i up the dose of test? 300 mg?

150mg/week is probably just enough to replace what you produce naturally. At 5'10" and only 150lbs, it sounds like you really need to work on your diet considering you've been lifting for six years - Two of those years being consistent.
Post up your diet.
If you can't afford everything you need, or you don't have time to eat all of your meals, I would hold off on ASS until you can do both of those. I would actually hold off until you put on a lot more weight as well.

Your diet is pretty clean, but too many shakes. If you're not gaining weight eating like that, it's pretty simple...eat more.

iv just started this diet 2 weeks ago iv gained about 1-1/2 pound lol and now I'm on gear so I'm hoping ill add on some good weight. thanks for your feed back bro ;)

I counted my calories on myfitnesspal.com That way when I stopped gaining weight I knew how many calories I was eating and how many to up. I started 500 above tdee and now I'm 1750 above TDEE. Speaking of such I need to eat some peanut butter.
