First Cycle 400mg Test -E (log)

Hi, I will be updating my first Test-E cycle here daily along with pics. I've been lifting since college so it's been about 7 years. My goal for this cycle would be to add 10-12 lbs of lbm. I would also like to avoid being called out for using at the gym, so reducing bloat will be a priority. If something looks off or doesn't seem right please let me know. I did my first injection today in left quad and wasn't all that bad. I'll be updating this log daily with as much detail as I can.

looks quite basic but whatever, i would seriously increase the cycle to 12 weeks if possible get what you can bud

Thanks for the replies guys.
I'm 5'9 1/2" and I was planning on 10 weeks over 12 because I'm not too familiar with HCG and don't want to be in a position were it would be necessary even though i'm not sure what difference two weeks makes.

The 1st injection was fairly painless but my quad was feeling pretty stiff today and I have a very light bruise on the injection site. Took the 12.5 mgs of Exemestane ,tasted terrible.

My shoulder was hurting slightly so I dialed it down this workout.

Close grip bench 5x8 with 185
Standing military press 5x6 at 135
Weighted Dips 5x10 with BW+70lbs

The pain has subsided from the first pin, It might take me a few stabs to get the location down for the perfect quad pin. I'm using 25ga 1" pins, if anybody has any advice on self injecting let me know:) Today was a basic back workout.

Wt. 176.5

Wide Grip Pull ups 5x12
Deadlift 5x5 @ 335
Partials 2x5 @405
DB Rows 5x10 @ 85's
Lat Pulldowns 3x10 @ 120
 
Initially overlooked this but I agree with others that you should increase your cycle to 12 weeks, 10 is a bit too short for test e. You won't need HCG on a first cycle.

Thanks for the added insight "O" I'm going to run it at 12 weeks.
I pinned in my right quad today and it painless. The only issue I'm having is the needle moving around when I'm aspirating and pushing the plunger. I'm sure it's just beginner nerves.
Also had the 12.5 mgs of Exemestane. Today was a rest day so no gym or Wt. details.

Today I did legs and triceps workout today. Weight is up slightly at 178.5 and my skin is just a tad more oilier, this could just be chance though. After the gym I went to a Chinese buffet at killed it;)

Wasn't planning to workout today so I just kinda fooled around at the gym today. I weighed in at 178.5 today. Tonight I'll take injection #3 and 12.5mg of Exemestane. I'll post a progress pic on Monday.

Today was chest day and my shoulder was still hurting. But I worked around it and had a pretty good workout. I weighed in at just a shade under 179.

I didn't post yesterday because it was very uneventful. Did a short back workout today, I could have went a little a heavier on the deads but my lifting crew was late today and was lacking motivation. Good news, I weighed in at 180lbs today. I also had injection #4.

Sides: None
Effects: Feel slightly more alpha, nothing to pronounced though.
Total Weight Gain +/- : + 3 lbs

Power Clean 5x5@ 165
 
Question: Is it possible to control exact weight gain on cycle. I mean if I eat around 3500 cals a week over maintenance will I gain 1 lb or is their really no telling with test. I would like a slower linear gain of 1-2lbs a week, is that possible??

I think it kicked in today. I've noticed that my elbow been hurting slightly but I have what feels like shin splints in my forearms?? Is this a result of too much aromasin? I take 12.mgs every other day. I'm guessing that I'll my estrogen will rise on cycle and will negotiate some of the extra dryness but I might skip to 12.mgs E3D like my pinning schedule. Doing BB curls was downright painful:(

I had injection #5 yesterday and not only was it pinning itself painless, I woke up this morning with out any of the day after I had been getting. I skipped my aromasin dose yesterday and take it today and E3D as planned. Forearm and joint pain is a lot better. Today's workout went great and sex drive has been through the roof :) So far I'm up 3.5 lbs after 2 weeks and the joint pain has subsided. I'll post a progress pic Monday.

So far so good, my shoulder is really giving me problems though and my forearms are still hurting albeit they are getting better. I had injection #6 today and I think I may have brushed a nerve on my first attempt (ouch). For some reason I never have any problems with pinning my left quad but something always goes wrong when I attempt to pin my right quad. I had a great workout today and more than anything mentally I have been a beast. My mood has been really good. My close grip bench has gone from 5x5 with 185 to 5x5 with 205 in a matter of weeks, so I believe starting to see some strength benefits.

Bloating has not been a problem nor has any acne or other tell tale signs I'm on roids. One of my goals is to keep this cycle under wraps.
