First cycle 4th week test cyp

27yo first cycle, test cyp 500 my wk

Been working out for 7 years off and on just to stay in decent shape but trying to take it to the next level.

I know it's a bad pick but positive criticism please

A question I have is my arms get wider instead of circular lol
Why?


And upper chest is flat I feel like I have a lot of chest area to work with.

Anybody have a similar fucked up built and how did you correct your weaknesses ?

Again I just got back into working out and it's only my 4th week on and I am seeing results. I'm tryna get the most out of this.

u have a good build to work with , u have size , just train hard and eat well . genetics determine shape of body and arms being round or wider . it will come in time , just work upper chest if u wanna build on it , do more incline , be happy with your build and what u have , and work with it
