first cycle.. 9 weeks out.. var and clen, advice appreciated!!

so a bit of background info.. ive been training hard for the past 2years.. now i dont think- but everyone else - including the presidents for the federations here - think ive transformed really fast.. a good thing i guess. basically i love lifting shit and im there to train not chat
so im currently just over 9weeks out from my first comp. i pulled out last year, but was ready. ive done lots and lots of research and was iffy about going to the dark side, but have some really good people looking after me and have access to prescibed stuff. basically anything i want.
i want to keep the first round simple. im 24, 120lb, 5'2 female. bodyfat im unsure but getting biosigged tomorrow. i have put on a stack of muscle and looking to drop fat and gain a bit of size. id say my stage weight natural would be 10-15lb less than what i am now. weight isnt of concern.. just tracking. wanting to harden up and get the stubborn fat off.
my diet is a 40/40/20 split training days, and about a 30/40/30 on my days off lifting. approx 1400 cal, just starting to add HITT in now. currently i lift 5 days and do HITT 3x.
so im getting myself clen and var. the clen im thinking of starting on 20mcg twice daily and var are 10mg so looking at splitting this into two.
does this seem like a good start point? the dr is away so i have no access to kentotifen.. was planning on running var throughout depending if i retain dropping it 2weeks out. the clen i will work up to what i can tolerate, not looking at huge doses as i want the best results on the least gear. do i need to cycle the clen, as ive been told and read conflicting things.
ive also been offered gh, anti e, eca.. id prefer to keep it as simple as possible, so are these necessary or should i save the gh til i build?
id really appreciate advice im not affected by stims, caffeine does zilch.
