This Is My First Cycle 10 Wks
I Started 100 Cyp Mg,100 Mg Deca ,50mg Anadrol
I Inject Once A Week
Anadrol 1 Time A Day
Im 5,5 170lbs 20% Bf
I Started A Very Clean Diet
I Am At The End Of Second Week
Is Going To Be Good
Thoughts Please
 
dosages are way to little I think, move the test to at least 400-500mg a week and deca to around 300mg a week, as for the drol 50mg is little but depending how you react to it you might be able to get away with it
 
Too much stuff for 1st cycle bro. You could have made better gains off of 500mgs of test per week, and it would have been alot easier on your body.

I'm thinking of doing a 6-8 week cycle of D-bol, along with nolvadex and proviron. Does anyone think I'd be better off with test, if so how much and from where? I'm 5'8 170 and about 12% BF. Any advice or suggestions would be appreiciated......

How many calorie's should I be looking to consume? I'd like to put on about ten pounds and remain at 10% BF. I'm still thinking of going the D-Bol route......Unless there's an oral way for the test, syringes would raise too many ?'s
 
Dont start gear yet bro. Your gonna kill yourself. I can tell you have a lot of learning to do before you even start.
 
I'm not looking to start for awhile, I'm just tryin focus and learn about one thing at a time. I'm tryin to put all this different info together, I plan on being very well versed before I start a cycle. I've done the Creatine and Andr route with a great deal of success. I am finding it harder than ever to make any significant gains..... Any info and or constructive critism would be welcome.....

1- Get your diet down pat (at least 1.5 gram protein per lb)
2-Get your training down ( Find a routine that you respond well to)
3- Read boards, talk to people, ask questions= LEARN
4-When your ready do 500mg of Test per week.
