first cycle begins!

dont u need an AI

Yes everyone needs one on hand, but from what I have read not everyone had to use it. Some people don't get any side effects. I want to see how my body reacts without the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) first to know exactly what my body does when I use test. I have theAI on hand though in case I do need it.

Took my first injection Tuesday of this week! My schedule is Tuesday and Friday, so tonight I will be taking my second injection. I swear I feel it kicking in already haha! I know it is only mental at this point, but even if it was only mental for the whole cycle I would be happy. I have never had a problem staying motivated to work hard, so having a boost on top of my natural desire to work hard makes it even better.

I did get a head ache on Wednesday though, I never get head aches, so I checked my blood pressure for the hell of it. It was 122/71 so it wasn't from high bp. High bp does not run in my family either. I have begun taking a few things to fight high bp in case this cycle makes my bp raise. I contributed the head ache to a strained muscle in my neck, I squatted on Tuesday and my left trap/lower left neck was a little sore, like I pissed a nerve off with the bar while squatting or something. My wife massaged my neck and my head ache went away. I am going to be very anal about my bp and everything else health related.

15" calves (I cannot make them grow!)
45" chest/back measured at nipple high
33" waist, my obliques are pretty big from racing, core is a huge part of riding, my obliques contribute a few inches to my waist size
Body fat- 10% using calipers

Lifts (max so far never done a 1 rep max)
Bench- 285 x 2
Squat- 365 x 4
Dead- 350 x 4 still working up, feel I can do more, don't want to aggravate my knee

I am very excited to see what this will do for my cardio, strength, appearance. I will start this log back up for anyone who is interested in following it.
 
Make sure you are drinking lots of water. For me I only get headaches when I am really thirsty. The test is probably making you store more water so that could be why you are getting headaches.

Also I feel test after each pin as well, just a little something, a little boost haha.

I do drink a lot of water, usually around 2 gallons per day. I will bump it up another half gallon or so to make up for the water I am probably storing now. I appreciate the feedback and advice, I am very exciting to see how this works about a month from now when it is going full swing.

Ya I swear I feel it already! The mind is a very powerful thing lol.
 
Now I think it's actually kicking in, I am always in a good mood normally, but now it seems like it's even better. My lifts haven't changed, I am sweating a little more than usual during my running and workouts but it is also above 100 degrees out now. Weight has gone up a pound, but my weight is always fluctuating a few pounds everyday due to my water intake and how much I sweat before I get to the gym during my run. No strength gains yet other than normal stuff, a few pounds here or a few reps more there. No pain from an injections other than feeling like a very minor bruise at worst. Appetite feels like it's getting bigger, I have been eating a little more than usual. Sticking right around 3800 to 4000 calories. Can't wait until 2 or 3 more weeks when it is fully kicked in!
 
Libido is also getting higher, it's almost like having beer goggles on sometimes lol. I start checking some chick out and realize she is not so hot lol
 
Ran to the gym tonight, did legs and shoulders. During the run everything felt normal, sweating a little more than usual, but that was it.

At the gym:

4 sets to failure 180lbs, getting on my tip tip toes, holding for 3 seconds at the top

Now, usually my legs are pretty pumped after a workout like that, but today was unreal. I think I felt the muscles tearing, I wanted to keep going, but have read many threads about people injuring themselves pushing to hard while on cycle. Plus, I have a 3 mile run still to do after I am done lifting

My shoulders were popping after this workout! Veins sticking out everywhere, feeling really good.

The run home was terrible, my legs and calves were still pumped up pretty good so it definitely hindered my running. Still ran all 3 miles, but the pace was slower.

Overall I am very happy with the cycle so far, I am 5 pins in now (2 1/2 weeks), and I feel it more an more everyday.

Weight today was 195, down 1 pound, but I fluctuate 3 or 4 pounds everyday due to water. I am sweating more now so I'm not worried. I don't notice any toning or any growth that I wouldn't contribute to my normal routine without test, but my overall feeling is great and I am excited for the next few weeks.
 
Woke up this morning to go hike like usual, man my legs are sore! Definitely kicking in, I love it! Weighed 197 this morning.
 
I believe it is kicked in! I did chest and back today, which consisted of a ton of all types of push ups, 14 sets total, and 10 sets of pull ups along with shrugs, back flies, chest flies. Wow, I felt like I could go forever. My last set of push ups was decline (feet high) push ups, and I repped out 60 after doing probably around 500 throughout my workout. Last set of pull ups I managed 9, wide grip dead hang, all my pull ups are dead hang no cheating. The pump was awesome, I do sweat more than I did before, but that seems to be the only thing. Cardio is still good. Going to go do a few 1 mile runs as fast as I can tomorrow morning to get the lungs working really hard.

I have kept my calories at between 3300 and 3500

Weighed 200.4 tonight

So far up a few pounds, my legs and shoulders look bigger, I have started to see more veins pop in my thighs, especially after I squat. No noticed weight gain around my stomach, still have abs like usual.

I know I could gain more weight if I bumped up the calories a few hundred more per day, but my goal for my first cycle is just to get my feet wet and see how my body reacts. I would like to be at 210 after PCT, and drop 1 or 2% bf as well. I will slowly add calories if I see weight gain slow down, but I am very happy with how everything is going.

So far no signs of gyno, no puffy nipples, very little to no water weight gain. My wedding ring slides on and off as easy as normal. My dose is 400mg/wk so I shouldn't see any gyno, I don't want to use an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) until I need to because I want to know exactly how my body reacts to test so I know if I am able to throw in other compounds in the future.

Today weighed in at 205, bf was at 10% still. So I am up 8-9 pounds and haven't gained any fat, I have upped my calories 200 more per day. Now I am up to 3700 calories per day. I feel great, I got really bad lower back pumps while running today, almost crippling. Haven't gotten any while lifting though.

So far all my lifts have gone up
Bench up 20, put up 305 a few times
Squat up 40, put up 415
Dead lifts are getting better knee doesn't hurt anymore, up 30, put up 385 will continue to add weight slowly as to not hurt my knee

I am very happy with my cycle so far, just looking to get my feet wet this time, and see how I react. Have not had any signs of gyno, haven't used my Aromatase inhibitor (AI) yet. No itchy or puffy nipples, no lumps etc. I did get a little scare earlier in the week, I nicked my nipple shaving and didn't notice it. I woke up the next morning and my nipple hurt and my stomach dropped a little lol. I looked at it and saw the little cut on it and obviously it wasn't gyno. Little to no water weight gained, no bloating. Tightening up a little bit, veins are popping up in more places.
