First cycle diet/training help

Hey guys, I'm entering the second week of my first cycle and seeking a little helpful advice regarding my diet.

Coming into this cycle I have been steady dieting on a low carb/fat, high protein diet with a lot of greens and chicken. My purpose in eating this way is to obviously lose unwanted fat that I have accumulated around the midsection.

My goal for this cycle is put on a decent amount of lean mass, but to also continue losing BF along the way. My cycle is 500mg Test E per week and 600mg EQ per week. I have been doing cardio 5-6 days per week usually consisting of 45 mins to an hour walking on the treadmill at 3.5-4.0 on full incline. I do my strength training about 3-4 days per week, usually every other day for a good hour or so.

Any recommendations to diet and/or training/cardio schedules will be greatly appreciated. Especially like how many calories per day and what foods for what meals to be able to support muscle growth while still burning fat.

I would also like to say what a badass bunch of guys make up this board. In the past couple weeks since I joined everyone has been really cool and helpful. Definitely have made me feel very welcome and at home. Preciate it!

Hey bud I didn't catch your last thread what's your weight height and bf% so maybe I can help ya

Age: 29
Height: 5'6"
Weight: 165lbs
Body Fat: 15-17%??

BF is a rough estimate. May be a little lower or a tad higher, not really sure how to estimate it properly. Outside of the BF around my stomach and sides I'm fairly lean. I wear size 32 pants which are big in the waist.

If you're asking about training, that worries me and makes me think you haven't been lifting weights for very long. One of the checkpoints for using gear is that you've been training for, roughly, 5 years or more so you strengthen your tendons and learn how to train properly.

Same goes for diet too. You need to have that in check. Hit up the diet forum and post your daily intake for 3J to take a look at.

I have been lifting and playing sports from the time I was a child as my father has been coaching football for 30 years and was the chairman for a state powerlifting association for 25 years as well as 25 time state champion. So I was brought up around lifting/fitness. I have my training in check,
but I have never used gear before and I'm not sure if my body will respond the same to my training regimine while on cycle.

I'm not asking for a how-to, just curious if there is anything special I need to do to accommodate the cycle or to get better results. I'm not at all helpless, but everyone can benefit from the knowledge of others, and that's why I am here... To learn.

Don't over train start with a 2 on 1 off schedule diet eat as much as can to grow real proteins alot guys over train on aas work smart and lots of rest.

Thanks, that's one of the things I was wondering about. I've heard stories of ppl working out twice a day on AAS, which seemed crazy to me. Just because you recover faster and have the energy doesn't seem like it would be beneficial pushing it like that.

I guess what I'm really wanting to do is more of a cutting cycle, but I do wanna grow a little in the process. I'm thinking my results will be very dependent upon my calorie intake, right?

Your diet will be the biggest proponent on whether you gain or cut.

If you're already experienced with lifting and have made progress naturally with this lifting regime, stick to it since it's obviously working.
