First cycle ever. Testosterone Enanthate (Test-E) 600mg/2ml pr.week for 12 weeks.

Why Saturday and Thursday? Maybe try to space injections 3.5 days apart. Like Thursday PM and Monday AM.
You don't mention your post cycle therapy or an AI?
How old are you?
I think you overtrain. Also, it seems that you are neglecting your legs.

A 10ml jug ain't gonna last u 12 weeks. Hcg is not a pct item. U need more research. Your missing some key elements.

You want to spread your doses evenly as possible to maintain stable test levels.
Most will say you are too young to be cycling.
Read the stickies on cycling for beginners.

That's why it is important for rookies like yourself to research. Then you'll know why people are making suggestions for u. Right now u don't have a clue. So go educate yourself.

Tbonexl. Not to be a dick but i do know math and know that if you have to use 2ml for 12 weeks it won't be equal to 10, its just the size of the vials i got.

Yes i need more research it's my first time, and i haven't been stalking forum floors for decades, i'm not as wise as many others on this forum, i know that. but can you tell me, what are those key elements that i am missing?

in my understanding HCG and Nolvadex for PCT should be just fine? what should i combine it with else? Aromasin?

Hcg is not for pct. U can run it during cycle or blast it after cycle up to pct. Nolva and Clomid or popular choices for pct. U don't need to research for decades to know this stuff. U could probably sit down for an hour and learn everything u need to know. If u feel that doing research is a waist of your time then cycling gear ain't for u.
There's a lot more to it then taking more gear then the next guy. Proper diet is #1. Training and proper sleep is key also. Gear is the last tool u need. With using gear, u need to use ai's to keep e2 levels under control. Bloodwork will provide u info on that. Pct is the most important key to a cycle. It is incorporated for proper recovery. If all these elements aren't lined up, you'll have minimal gains and mores negative sides. It's an expensive lifestyle that most can't afford to do correctly.
