I am looking on here AND I DID GET ADVISE BUT I AM 5'9 220. BUT WANTING TO LOSE 20 lbs of fat but increase strength and distance on kicks. The person i talk to said only winnie but now i see that everyone says it is bad. Can some one help out please. Thanks !!
interesting, usually we have to ask newcomers for there stats, or theyre smart and post ALL there stats..but you only posted 5'9" @ 220 which most people would give an OK to..but you forgot to add in years of training and of course.. age, so 1 of two things you forgot to post that part, or you know people wouldnt give an ok to your age and experience..and if ur a kicker and were not giving an ok to the age + xp im guessing ur high school? not trying to be an ass.
now i cant stop you from using steroids so i might aswell set you on the right path.. u can try some test prop + Anavar (var) with a PERFECT DIET, those are the most commonly used chemicals during contest prep and cuts(with the use of alot other compounds but bear with me), but they wont do shit if your not dieting correctly.
so this is basically what im suggesting
wk 1-8 50-100mgs prop eod
wk 1-6 20-50mgs Anavar (var) ed
wk 1-8 250iu's HCG every 3rd day
wk 9-13 post cycle therapy (pct)
i know alot of people r prob wondering why id suggest HCG in an 8week cycle but its becuase im guessing hes young so id avoid his balls shrinking whatsoever. dont start your cycle until youve gotten your post cycle therapy (pct) i know its like half way through the season and i can imagine you wanna get on this fast but trust me and dont fucking rush it.
Think this threw though if u really are young you dont want to use steroids and ruin your career in football later on...p.s. Winstrol (winny) = not to good with the joints.
