First cycle help - Claryification needed

Hey guys,

Looking for some help on my first cycle. Reading a lot of forums and getting a bit confused. Like the other million guys online I'm looking to bulk a little and wondered if someone could explain or point me in the direction of an explination of the types of gear and what each products puropse is?

I have a source, almost anything I want available, I was thinking to run test thenate for my first cycle but read alot about test stopping natrual production etc

I was thinking of trying deca whats people experiances like?

Im 27, 175cm, 83kg 16%bf have been training for about 2+ years and recently started running peptides. Very clean diet, no junk, not looking for 10kg gains but a little extra size and definition would be my 'goal'

Also, have no idea about post cycle therapy (pct) and or availability of stuff In Australia

Yes test shuts you down, and so does deca. You have a lot more research to do. There is more for you to learn at this point than i am willing to type. No offense, im just looking out for you. What is your training program like now? What exactly is your diet like now. I suggest you read all the sticky's on this website and you will know 20x what you know right now. Then come back with some questions. Sound good?
 
All gear will SHUT you down and thats the reason we do pct
For your first cycle run test ethanate @ 500mg per week 12 weeks
Get aromasin 12.5mg ed 16 weeks
Nolvadex 40mg ed week 12-16
Clomid 100mg ed week 12-16
Run hcg 2 shots a week @ 500iu 3 days apart and 1000 iu ed on week 14
 
Currently training 7 days a week, 6-7 exercises per muscle group and training individual muscle groups daily

Dont have a 'routine', I change my workouts every day keeping core things like spuats, deadlifts, presses etc..
I'm confident in the gym and my training has been going from strength to strength

Currently eating:

Breakfast - 4 scrambled eggs + Banana + Rolled oats

snack: protein shake + tofu + nuts

Lunch: 250gm steak/chicken/fish (always changing) + 250gm vgies

snack: 2 boiled eggs + protein shake

Dinner:
250gm steak/chicken/fish (always changing) + 250gm vgies

I dont have any cheat days, I dont eat candy or drink soda. I used to be 95kg and probably 25-30%bf, really the lowest peak of my life and that was about 2.5 years ago

But yes...Test e or c 500mg/wk
aromasin 12.5 when sides occur...or eod....you'll figure this one out
pct=clomid/nolva
you can use hcg...but for a test only cycle you by no means have to have it. Exactly what I did for my first cycle..with fantanstic results.
