first cycle help/opinions

I am going to do a test prop/winny cycle this summer. I am a college baseball player and i have been researching Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) for a good 2 years. I have 5 years lifting experience and am as dedicated as i can be although it is tough to maintain a regimin mid-season. The only thing keeping me from doing them sooner was the threat of testing but after seeing how rampant roids are in the collge game i am going to take my chances. I am thinkin about possibly:

w 1-8: 70 mg prop eod
w 3-8: 50 mg Winstrol (winny) eod

PCT: depends on what i can get but ideally i would want to do nolva 40/40/20/20 or so

If i am going to do a cycle i want to get the most out of my virgin receptors. I keep gettin different opinions via friends, posts, and magizines (like mens fitness and flex) about lifting each muscle group once per week vs. maybe twice. Working each muscle only once per week would mean each group is only getting worked 8 times in my cycle. I want to maximize my output so which would be best? i know you grow while you rest not in the gym but like i said i want to get the most out of my cycle. Any suggestiongs on dosage and workouts would be greatly appreciated

Tennative WO options:

Mon: chest/back
Tue: bi/tri
Wed: legs
Thu: chest/back
Fri: bi/tri
Sat: legs
Sun: rest

I have seen and heard of doing one muscle group per day and just "killing" it:

Mon: chest
Tue: bi
Wed: leg
Thu: back
Fri: tri
Sat: shoulders
 
As to your workout question, no doubt go with the second option. There's no way in hell I could train legs on a Wednesday and then again on Saturday. Rest/recuperation is paramount.

As to your cycling plan, I would just go with prop 100mg EOD. I don't see the need in adding Winstrol (winny) at this point. Save it for your next cycle.
 
thanks for the advice. the reason for the lower dosage of prop is bc of the money situation but i can try and scratch some more together. and i was thinkin that the Winstrol (winny) might help to solidify the gains that i was making with the prop and help keep them as long term....will the Winstrol (winny) not help with that?
 
New to Steroids

Hi I am new to steroids and and I have done some research on the subject. I am 24 years old and I weigh about 162 lbs. and I am 5'10" tall. I have made a goal for myself to reach about 180 lbs. and eventually become shredded. I want to give myself at least 90 days to reach 180 (and longer to cut up), with eating right, and training 5 days a week, lifting heavy, and running at least 4 day a week (high intensity 16 min sessions). I've read that certain steroids can help a person maintain muscle mass while cutting. I also have read that some steroids gains will not give you earth shattering gains but consistent steady lean mass gains. I am also really adverse to needles so I will be trying if anything pills. After reading about the side effects and looking at my what my goals are, I found that Primobol, Anavar, and Stanozol (low risk of side effects yet small consistent gains) all seem to be inline with what I want to accomplish. Would anybody have any recommendations or evaluations of these drugs or combination thereof given my goals? Also currently I plan to supplement for a while with Cellmass, Body Octane, NO2, and Isopure Protein, and BCAA's. I've been working out at home with bench and tread mill, dumbells, etc. for about 3 months to ease my body back into serious training, will start going to a gym and lifting heavy within next week or two.

Would steroids be worth it considering this current stack, or no? Should I use a combination of these or other steroids with my current stack. I'm just looking for someone with experience actually take these or other drugs and their honest opinion about my situtation and goals. Is my natural stack just fine I just don't know, but I have this obsession with getting where I want to be, I have been pretty small all my life, and now I'm just fed up with it.

No offence bro......but you should really hold off on these plans because of;
1- Your lack of knowledge on steroids needs to be corrected BEFORE you cycle.
2- You should have your workout regime solidified BEFORE you cycle. Again, you knowledge on the subject needs work.
3- I must also assume that your diet is going to need some work.

Sorry, just my opinion.

If you don't buy the Winstrol (winny) then you can afford the prop, however if you already have them, then you are stuck, unless a gym buddy will do a swap.

As for training a 2on 1off split is good and gives plenty of recuperation
split it up like this
chest/biceps
back
shoulders/triceps
legs.

and make sure your nutrition is 100%, it's far more important than your training split.

thanks for the input but thats why i am here...and like i said earlier in the thread this is a possible cycle that i was scheduling for the summer so i still have about 2 months or so before i start. i have had a solid workout regime for some time i just wanted to other opinions on other peoples experience with the differnt workout programs

i havent bought any of it yet and that the reason for these questions. so that way i wont buy something and then be screwed or feel obligated to do one thing or another. thanks for the workout tips...
