First Cycle Help - Test E + Dbol

Been wanting to come over to the dark side for a while now. Conducted a lot of research but still have loads of questions. I'm 26 and have been training regularly for about 5 years. I'm a little over 90 kg with around 10% body fat.

Is 5x5 routine good for a first cycle? Compound or isolation exercises?

My 10 week cycle would look like 30 mg of Dbol ed with 250 mg of test e twice a week. I also want to include HCG so I don't have to suffer during PCT, so when and how much should I take? And is Nolva okay for post cycle therapy (pct)? What else would I need? I'm also planning to take Proscar to prevent DHT buildup. Also thinking of incorporating Clen at the end. I'll have additional questions, but these are the ones that come to me off the top of my head.

Gear looks like the right direction, as far as lifts, Do combinations of compound and isolated lifts! I dont look like much, but considering what i was naturally, im miles ahead of that. I personally start each session with appropriate compound lifts according to what group im training. Example, Chest/tri day start with all bench press work; flat, incline, decline bench presses etc. Then as you burn through bench work, move on to isolating parts; chest flies, tricep pull downs, dips, kick backs etc.. That way you have strength up on lifts that utilize more than one part and then rip em deep and hard isolating each individually
