5'5 no im not gonna get any taller im already taller than my dad.
158 pounds
10 - 16 % bf



Im going to do a cycle of dianabol for about 8 weeks


dianabol
week1, 4 tabs
week 2, 5 tabs
week 3 - 6, 6 tabs
week 7, 5 tabs
week 8, 4 tabs
week 9 -10 hcg on tuesday and thursday at 1500iu
clomid week 7 and out 1 tab a day for 24 days



Would this cycle be okay? Im getting a lot of mixed information about the post cycle therapy (pct) you dont need it on dianabol you do need it, you need it but only need 24 tabs of clomid, you need clomid at the end but you need nolva throughout could anyone clarify this? and is the 1500iu of hcg too much?
 
wouldnt suggest running dbol 8 weeks, or alone..such a compoud should be ran with a test and i would suggest 4 weeks 6 max ... research more
 
The deca is going to be week 1 200mg week 2 - 7 is 400mg then week 8 200mg. So the clomid alone will suffice? I have 24 tablets. I dont need an anti-estrogen throughout the cycle?

if this is something you are set on doing take the time workout natty do the research and do it right.
I wont give any advice as far as laying out a cycle for you but I will say what you plann on doing as far as what you have layed out is not good at all.

Ive been doing research everyone has conflicting ideas thats why i came here to get some feedback from people that actually know. Yes I am young but I have been training for a while and I like everyone else here want to get bigger than i could naturally. The things i have found say that dianabol alone is useless youll lose all your gains but to stack with deca is a great beginner cylce the cycles im finding that are already set up have an 8 week cycle of deca and dianabol with clomid as the post cycle therapy (pct) and Im not convinced that thats correct so i posted here to find out. If you know of an article or can tell me yourself the correct way to do it Ill read it but theres a lot of bullshit out there floating around.
 
hey guys umm i hvae jst started doing test 400 and test E bout a week ago its from red dragan and i am just eally confused about how to do it becuase some people have told to do 1ml of test 400 on mon and then test e on tuesday and jst keep doing it like datt the whole week and take 2 days off is that riight or nahh m just kinda lost any helpp :P?????

you say you came here because you want feedback from people who know.... you're getting it, but don't seem to want to hear it...

unless you just have naturally super-low test at your age and considering your current body composition you should have plenty of natty test pumping through your veins to be able to steadily pack on weight naturally. if you can't do that, you won't be able to hold to your aas gains anyway. and if you can't do that, you're probably not gonna see nearly the kind of gains you hope for from aas because how you eat and train is going to dictate your gains. if you had that stuff in check for muscle growth your body composition would look a bit different i think.

gear is not some magic pill to get you jacked. learn how to do it without the gear then you'll benefit that much more from it when you are ready.
 
oh, and i've been taller than my dad since i was 14 and put on nearly 2 inches from around your age on until i was 23.

my mother is 5'1, my father is 5'7, my aunts and uncles are all shorter than my dad. everyone else in the family is shorter than my father, with one family member under 5 feet tall. i'm just under 6'2, without shoes. just sayin... you could very easily have a bit more height in you... or you may not... but just cause you're taller than your pops doesn't really mean one or the other i don't think.
 
Dbol alone not a good idea and to put Deca with it makes it even more wrong.
done right dumb but your new so just do some more research and learn you have lots of time.

A D-bol only cycle. You will be aptly disappointed post cycle, unless you throw some test in. A friend did similar cycle in August 2010 - D-Bol only, he says just got bloated and added fat, and lost it all after commencement.

As you are young, I would suggest you start doing some creatine/glutamine cycles. Throw in some protein twice daily. If you train and eat properly you can keep 60-70% of the results and build on them. I started training at 17, was 162LB - went to 224 in 2 years - solid. After a decade+, started my first cycle in breaking the plateau.

Your choice in what you do.

But if Creatine/Glu
- take powder not pills
- load properly 5g*5 daily 7 days not 5
- maintain with 5g*2 daily
- train hard and heavy with compound exercises to build a foundation
- Take in minimum 12 weeks
