they don't want to kick my ass, they just push me around because they know i'm too little to do anything back. It's a joke to them
 
I'm just tired of being pushed around by everyone. everyone is bigger than me so they can "do what they want" and physically, I can do nothing to stop them. I can't start a fight cause I'll get my ass kicked and if anything happend I wouldn't be able to defend my self very well. I'm too small
Ok bro you sound stupid. Time on cycle equals time off cycle. That's a basic rule most people use to make sure your natural test levels are back. Guess what ? On your time off cycle because you don't train right or eat right your gonna be back down to 130. Is put money on it.

i been trying to be nice on here but Damn, dude.... r u trying to prove to us u want roids or trying to prove it to yourself? u seem doubtful anyway, but hell bro, lets here your work out, tell us what u do and we will tell u what to do to get bigger. and do not lie!!!!!!!!!!!! im sure it consists of biceps and chest everyday.... im less than an inch taller than u and i weigh 180 and have 10-12% BF. and thats all natural, u need to train and eat bro. just listen instead of being a dickhead, nobody here wants to hear your sob stories about how u get picked on. just fucking push it harder at the gym (well your garage) and eat bro, 4500 cals a day with 200g protein, come on man, just eat and train, forget about roids, if u dont want our advice get the fuck off of the damn wesite

ok as of right now I'm around 7% body fat no joke. Mondays= chest triceps delts and forearms, Tues= Back, biceps some cardio, Wed= legs squats lunges can't leg press thurs= abs and more cardio Fri= one of those 50% days to cool down and the weekend is for rest
 
and also list what exact workouts u do for those muscles, weights, reps, rest time.... might take a few minutes but we need to know to help u broski. and please tell the truth and dont tell us something u have read or think we want to hear
