First cycle help.

If you're eating, training and resting....and not gaining weight, It means you're not doing one of those 3 thing correctly. At your age, if you do them all correctly, you WILL gain muscle. Supplements won't do shit Bro. And juice at your age will just F-up your hormone levels. So lift hard and eat eat eat. People don't realize how much hard work and dedication it takes to build muscle...they think you took a magic pill to get big but it is ALL HARD WORK. Haters gonna hate

Nutrition, rest, training, supplementation. That order - always. I started lifting when I was 16 y/o and weighed 150. By the end of the year I weighed 185. By the end of the next year I was at 200-205. You know how? I lived in the fucking weight room, ate 6-7 times a day, and got plenty of rest. I probably ate waaaay too much canned tuna and PB, but that was all I could afford. You can make it work dude.

Yeah it took these guys 3 hours and 5 pages to make me finally listen to what they had to say. I got trolled on FOREVER, untill I listened that is.
