Nutrition, rest, training, supplementation. That order - always. I started lifting when I was 16 y/o and weighed 150. By the end of the year I weighed 185. By the end of the next year I was at 200-205. You know how? I lived in the fucking weight room, ate 6-7 times a day, and got plenty of rest. I probably ate waaaay too much canned tuna and PB, but that was all I could afford. You can make it work dude.
