First cycle in a while Suggestions welcome

Hey guys my name is Red, I', 25 years old. Body weight 195... 5'11... fat around 18% have been lifting in the gym on and off for around 9 years, got my form down pretty good along with my diet
Ive cycled twice before in the past with no serious sides that i am aware of. First cycle was a 40mg ED dianabol-only with arimidex .5 ED for 4 weeks and no pct, got big and didnt notcie and loss in my gains aftereard, kept pushing hard at the gym. The second cycle i pushed 500mg a week test P and 400 mg a week Deca for 8 weeks and pct of 150mg clomid day 1 100 mg day 2-11 50 mg 12-21 nolva half the dose. with that being said this is what im doing now

Just started a Dianabol-only cycle at 30 mg ED have Clomid and Nolva on hand.

The idea was to run a 4 week dianabol cycle only, take 2 weeks off and have blood done then start a dianabol/test/deca cycle after the 2 weeks off. I want to know why or why not thats a good idea and what suggestions anyone may have for me on dosage and pct . thanks
 
Wow! You have no idea what you are doing. Those are horrible cycles. Please read the FAQs thread linked below in my signature.
 
alright, a simple no, stop right now would do lol. I thought i had my ducks in a row but by your response im a bit worried now. today is my first day using dianabol (this cycle) can i just stop until im ready or do i apply an ai or clomid/nolva as i planned?
 
Males should never run oral-only cycles. Testosterone always need to be included in a cycle.

I would recommend stopping immediately and start doing a lot of homework. After you have done some reading come back to this thread and we can continue the discussion. But it will go a whole lot better if you read first.
 
Diana Ball will shut down your natural testosterone without replacing it inside of three weeks you will be pushing rope. I would suggest that you read the stickies and get educated before you screw up yourself . And stop the oral only cycle immediately
 
Thanks for the advice. I wont touch another blue heart until I'm ready, I've always been very athletic and strong. I don't want to mess it up before i can meet my goal of looking like Arnold. Talk to you again soon.
 
Carverelli, I appreciate that. In this reply i wanted to start by saying i feel embarrassed on how my initial post may have portrayed me to be (dumb as hell) and secondly though it may be obvious i do not want any unclear water on the forum; i do not expect to become an expert regarding the human anatomy at a cellular level overnight. At the same time i'm eager to begin cycling this year, i feel as though ive hit a Plato and like many others i love the feeling juice gives me over the time of a cycle "nectar of the gods" feeling. I have the connection and the means to run cycles, but i am not willing to take a shot in the dark with these drugs and "fuck" my HPTA. I now realize that up to this point, and even now on many subjects concerning gear and anatomy i was/am ignorant of many important aspects; its amazing how much information is available on the internet.. all you have to do is look. With this being said i hope to have painted a picture to you that i am in fact serious about continuing forward in learning and eventually starting a cycle with the utmost care and responsibility and having taken all precautions necessary... Moving on, I'm not done reading up but at this point it is clear to me it is 100 percent necessary (in my opinion) to run an inject-able steroid on any cycle in men. with that being said i want to eventually make a decision on which Test ether i will go with as well as the decision to "stack" or consider this my first cycle (since it has been 3 years) and just run test for an undetermined amount of time. With this being said is anyone willing to give me advice on which drugs would be best for my goals, dosages when to administer the dosage and where on the body to administer based on information that i could provide concerning my body and history to include all details deemed necessary as well as a copy of my blood work which i have not yet ordered? I am considering the female hormone panel that Megatron suggested in his Ology sticky. Also i am considering of just asking my doctor at the VA. Referring to my question for advice, i want to reiterate that i understand someone cannot give advice over the internet with limited details for everyone is different and it would be considered bad advice and a shot ion the dark to do so. with that being said again, ill continue and give whatever information i can about my body and history that i can without a blood test at this time.

Goal: At this time i do not have an ambition to compete in body building competitions though i may have ambition to compete in the future. overall goal is to put on 40 pounds of lean muscle mass within the next 12 months, keep in mind this amount of weight is not set in stone but rather a ball park of what i would like to see. Aslo if i learn that this may be too much i would not push past my limitations to meet an unrealistic goal (safety first)

Body facts: 195 lbs 5'11 and athletic body, broad shoulders defined pex muscular back and arms and thinner legs (not chicken legs but not tree trunks either) I can take measurements if anyone would think they need it.

history: started working out in the gym at 16 under guidance and supervision of my father who has experience building his athletic body in and out of the gym (familiar with good form) dont want to tear my rotater cups. Tapered off of bodybuilding in 2010 when i joined the navy and attended Navy dive school in Panama city, FL the reason was that they had me doing 100 pushups at a time and running up to 10 miles at any given time of the day, body building was counteractive at the time. After my graduation from Navy dive school (NDSTC) in Aug of 2011 i was stationed in Yokosuka japan where i trained for triathlons and long distance swimming. In 2012 sometime i got bored of running my ass off and decided it was time to get back in the gym, in 4 months i went from 205 lbs to 235 lbs at 17 % body fat. Felt great. Since then i left the military with an honorable discharge and began working the oilfield as a pipe welder, although i have stayed in the gym my eating habbits as far as big macs and whoppers has improved which is why i think im 195 instead of 210.

Current: Im currently on a 4on 1off workout routine with two cardio days within the week, i can upload my workouts in necessary.

Current Diet:

Meal 1 at 7AM: 6 boiled eggs with smoothy consisting of strawberries blueberries yogurt and carrot juice and one pice of wheat toast with JIFF peanut butter.

Meal 2 at 11AM: serving of meat veggies carbs

Meal 3 at 3PM: serving of meat and veggies and fruit

Meal 4 at 7PM: serving of meat veggies and carbs.

Also i am taking in 100g of protein via whey protein shakes daily. and drinking 4 liters of water daily.

I would go into this with the mindset of it being your first cycle so you can begin the learning process. We learn how our body responds from every cycle we run.

Keep reading but in a nutshell, the first cycle should consist of just Testosterone (ester doesn't matter), hCG, AI (Arimidex or Aromasin) and PCT (clomid + nolva). That is all you need.

Decide it you want to bulk or cut.

Decide how often you are willing to pin which is one of the key determinants in which ester you choose. Longer esters are often cheaper too and are more concentrated meaning smaller volumea can be pinned.

Run blood work for pre, mid and post cycle.

Match your diet and training with your goals.
 
Look into Enanthate as a T choice. It's pretty forgiving and seems to fit into any beginner cycle. Also research Aromasin as an AI as it is easily manipulated to dial in when referencing blood work. Also is more forgiving in regards to crashing E2
 
The more I read the more i'm inspired. But gosh dam theres too much to know, I feel like I will need a team of doctors if I want to do this 100% right.
 
And what do you guys think about only running HCG a select few weeks out of the cycle instead of every week?

you could and save money ,, you could also only wipe your ass every other few times you take a dump to save on toilet paper ;)

Im leaning towards Test E. also as far as the Aromasin its true it permanently disables the aromatase enzyme once it binds to it? Estrogen rebound sounds like a pain in the ass, big time.

Estrogen rebound is way over worried about.

New Aromatase Enzymes are constantly made by your body. So don't get overexcited by Suicidal AI's.
