Hey guys, just wanted to introduce myself and describe my cycle... By the way thanks to ology, great site and info...
I'm 27 y/o. 204lbs 5'9 not sure about body fat but it's got to be a but high, maybe 16%
Been training since I was 15, had great size in high school, use to work out 2-3 hours a day and had no responsibilities, was great, had approx 11% body fat, weight 170 to 180 when ripped and 195 when eating like a pig, of course fat went up...( I'm Cuban so always been a big eater)
After I graduated at 18 kept training hard for about 3 years, in that time I was also a trainer at LA Fitness... Then after that my training became on and off but always kept at the gym, would take a few weeks off then come back and so on, always maintained...
My genetics are great in some aspects but punish me on others... My arms right now are close to 18 pretty ripped, I have big biceps and back, less chest and tris, I also don't grow a big belly when off diets but do grow love handles like crazy if eating crappy.
Basically the way my body works is I either diet (cutting carbs high pro works for me) looked ripped without a shirt but skinny with or I look bulked with a shirt but chubby without....
This is exactly why I decided to start my first cycle now, eventhough I'm doubted by everyone that I never used steroids, lol... I want to be bit more ripped without sacrificing muscle mass and now it has become harder for me than the old days...
Started dieting 12 days ago, eating approx 180g of pro a day, I eat a lot of fish, steak, and eggs, protein shakes... I combine this with greens like spinash, broccoli, and asparagus.... At this time no rice, breads, oatmeal or pastas...
At the gym right now
Flat Dumbell press 115lbs for about 4 reps, 105lbs on inclined for couple of reps as a third exercise... 225+ for reps on smith machine... Bicep curls with 30lbs EZ bar 45lbs on each side for like 10 reps... I hit the whole stack for tris for like 8 reps... Front pulldowns almost hitting the whole stack right now for like 8 reps (approx 270lbs). More or less some numbers for u guys to have an idea.... My workouts are long, powerful and exhausting, I'm the type that goes to the gym with my music very loud and if I know you I'll wave, I hate
talking crap, I like to focus and pump hard...
Cycle:
Test E 500mg/w 1- 10 weeks
Deca 450mg/w 1-10 weeks ( I know some say to just run test but I heard deca helps the joints and I really need this, my joints are super crappy, took I few weeks off due to a shoulder injury end of July repping 125lbs dumbbells
Test Prop every other day 100mg/ml week 11-16
Anavar 50mg/day ED week 12-16
Winstrol 50mg/day ED week 12-16
PCT with Clomid and HcG
Will run Clomid 50mg/tabs 200mg for 7 days, 100mg Ed for second week, 50mg Ed for 3rd and 4th week for a month and Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) for 2 weeks starting at week 17 with clomid, prob about 500 iu Ed, don't want to run Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) during the cycle, I think it would be a waste since prob feedback mechanism with high test levels will prevent the testes from working, also heard if run for more than 2 weeks it can also cause the testes to shut down...
I also have Arimidex 1mg/tab which I will run throughout the cycle 1/4 tab twice a
week (0.5mg weekly)... Genetically I'm probably prone to gyno and acne so I need to avoid this...
Supplements: been taking them for 2 weeks (was never big on supplements either, just food and train, lol)
Liquid Amino acid ED post workout
Chondroitin/ glucosamine ED 2 tabs as directed for joints
Centrum multi vit
Mesomorph pre workout with nitric oxide( this stuff is great, also read NO is a great antioxidant and overall good for health)

I'll be happy if I stay around my weight, maybe 210 with less fat around the weist line and without cacrificing muscle mass, if anything molding my body a bit more and giving my muscles more maturity... I'm in need of rear delts, legs, and outer chest (
