Here is a typical day (I follow IIFYM; I usually hit 190-200g protein a day. And a total of 3500 calories
2 cups Greek yogurt
6-8 cups of milk
2 protein shakes
Cheese steak (work in pizza shop)
Turkey sandwich or burrito
Peanut butter jelly sandwich
Protein bar
1/2 cup of oats
1 can of spaghettios
there's a lot to be talked about here. this diet is FAR from being on point. i'm not a nutritionist nor is my diet perfect, but i will say this lacks vegetables, and whole grains. it contains too much simple sugars (milk, greek yogurt,) and refined/enriched grains, (white bread, white pasta,).
avoid the pizza shop, yes a cheese steak my be high in protein, but it is also high in fat (bad fats), and refined grains like white bread.
replace spagettios with brown rice
replace all white bread with whole grain, or better yet try ezekeil bread (sprouted grains)
replace white pastas with whole grain pasta.
eat lean meats, not fatty
shoot for at least 200g protein a day
eat more ftuits and veggies
watch the dairy intake (bad fats)
watch the milk intake (sugar/fat)
call 3J and spend your money with him.
