First cycle, is everything good?

You don't even look like you lift. Looks like you just want a short cut. Most natural lifters look better than that. You need to take everyone's advice and keep training naturally for a while. Looking like that means your nutrition/training need some work. If you take steroids with shitty training/diet, you will get subpar results and you will deflate like a baloon when you come off cycle, but please, go ahead and ignore us and prove me right.

You've got a long way to go as a natty dude - we"re talking at least 2/3 years more training.
I also think you look more than 15%bf, closer to the 20% range unflexed.

Again IMO, I would cut for a while before bulking - otherwise your going to look obese pretty soon.

And he does mean... 2 to 3 years not 2/3 of a year.

I'm not trying to put you down, props for having a bigger picture and goal. But you are far from ready to use AAS. Get diet down, cut some bf and get a few more years of training.

Why do soooo many KIDS 20 and under want to do steroids? I know you want to get big but what about the dedication to diet and weight training religiously for some years before you even think of using.Your eating habit and training must be spot on to get the most out of a cycle.
Not to nag at you bro but shit , you are 20.

Unfortunately it's a sign of the times and the ever-quickening result driven society we're becoming. Everyone is looking for shortcuts. In this instance they see the pros and know that in order to get there they'll have to use steroids, but they either don't understand (or choose to ignore) the time, dedication and commitment it took to get to a level where they were ready for gear. Not to mention the fear-mongering media campaigns that in order to exaggerate the side effects of gear have to exaggerate the benefits.

I am sorry, but you wrote way too much. Can you give me that in a soundbite?

I hear what yous are saying. I think I'll wait, but how long? I want to try and be as big if not bigger then jay cutler. All I want in life is that honestly. But then what do I do with $##### worth of gear when it comes to my house?

Also since I am most likely going to wait to cycle; do you think I should still cut to 7% and bulk back up? Or keep bulking right now, I'm at 171 lbs and 15%bf

Also this is my blood work
Free test: 16.4
Total test: 685

Your gear isn't going to expire on you right away. You could save it for when you're ready, but at 20, it might not last that long. I had my final growth spurt at 23. You could sell it to a real life friends that you trust, or you could just take it as a losses. It's only money, and if it's just test cyp or e 250, it's not really that much money we're talking about in the grand scheme of things. Your health and development, however, you only get the one screw up to make. No do overs

Telling him to sell it is pretty bad advice. That could be a felony distribution charge awaiting him. Holding it and waiting until he is ready is a much better option. It will keep for years if stored properly.

So then what could be wrong? My diet is on point I have no problem gaining or losing weight. I make sure I hit my macros everyday. My training I do push pull legs. Most reps in 8-12 main lifts at 5x5
I also focus on the muscle feeling it contract

You lack patience - that's the problem.

Natties don't make huge gains in only 1 1/2 years of training dude.
It takes most natties 5 years of consistent training to have an impressive physique, with a few genetic exceptions.

As a natural bb coach I"ll give you my advice for the last time:

Adjust your calories regularly to make sure your bf% doesn't get out of control - stay within the 10-15% range year round.
Keep lifting for another 2-3 years to give your body a chance to build a respectable level of muscle - as long as your lifting heavier in the gym your headed the right way.
As far as the gear you purchased - save it for when your ready. Gear doesn't expire as quick as you think if stored properly.

Take that advice & you will be ready for a cycle in time:)

EDIT:
You also said that you were 125lbs 9%bf & now 171lbs 15%bf after 1 1/2 years training.
Considering you put on a MAX of 15lbs of lean muscle in that time, you also put on ALOT of fat.
You've gained AT LEAST 2lbs of fat for every 1lb of muscle - reduce the size of your caloric surplus when bulking in the future.

I will just add that playing sports will help to. Don't just limit yourself to the gym. Hockey, football, basketball, etc.

I use to play sports in high school, but I graduated. How does sports help besides the cardio?

It makes you use all of your muscles. Power, explosion, balance, etc. Have you ever been sore the day after a game? I am not talking about things like running track or swimming. Those are good exercises, but I am talking about playing a sport. Play tackle football in the trenches for an afternoon and you will have worked out your entire body. Play a hockey game and your legs and upper body will get a great workout if you skate hard the whole game. Besides, sports like hockey and football are anaerobic.

What sports did you used to play? Did you play at a high level?

I played football for high school. Went to playoffs back to back

post up your diet man....i guarantee it needs much more work than you think. sooo many people claim their diet is on point....i was one of them. 90% of the time it's way off. even after 6 years of training, dieting, research, trying new diets, etc...my diet is still just "decent". there's always more to learn when it comes to nutrition and you can always make it better. for now post up a typical days worth of meals and BE HONEST, and we can help you tweak it to reach your goals. Our sponsor 3J nutrition is a nutritional genius and is well worth the money for nutrition coaching. at this point in your BBing career that should be the next step you take before gear.

You must have been a kicker if you never got sore after a game or practice.
I never said I wasn't sore lol

there's a lot to be talked about here. this diet is FAR from being on point. i'm not a nutritionist nor is my diet perfect, but i will say this lacks vegetables, and whole grains. it contains too much simple sugars (milk, greek yogurt,) and refined/enriched grains, (white bread, white pasta,).

avoid the pizza shop, yes a cheese steak my be high in protein, but it is also high in fat (bad fats), and refined grains like white bread.

replace spagettios with brown rice

replace all white bread with whole grain, or better yet try ezekeil bread (sprouted grains)

replace white pastas with whole grain pasta.

eat lean meats, not fatty

shoot for at least 200g protein a day

eat more ftuits and veggies

watch the dairy intake (bad fats)

watch the milk intake (sugar/fat)

call 3J and spend your money with him.

good luck on your goals. Don't do your cycle just yet. learn how to nutrition.

What's the difference? Protein is protein at the end of day? I see bodybuilder at my gym eating gummi bears. And the reason I eat like this is money and store is a good mile walk away (no car)

*dont mean to sound sarcastic or anything srs*

EDIT: I work in a pizza shop and get no breaks to eat so I have to eat something quick which is why I eat cheese steak and drink the milk

all i said about protein is to try to get more....

there is much more to building muscle than just protein. you need carbs. the right amount of carbs, the right kind of carbs, and at the right time.
your sources for carbs are not the best. you need to learn about complex carbs vs simple carbs
gummi bears are actually not a terrible thing to eat after a workout, because that's when your body needs to replace it's energy with simple carbs (sugars).

you need fats. the right amount, the right kind.

you need a high calorie diet to put on mass. if you're going to eat a lot of calories, you'd better make sure theyre "clean". if you eat sloppy, it will show in your results as you are experiencing right now.

i'm tellin you man, if you want to spend money on something, you'd be better off with a nutritionist at this point.....you can do much better naturally

i also worked at a pizza shop for 3 years and i brought all my own meals. i bought all my own groceries and prepared all of my meals every day. sounds to me like you're still at home eating whatever your parents buy that week. i'm not saying this to be offensive, because i was in the same position. i started buying my own groceries and making my own meals.

I do buy my own groceries and cook my own food. I always eat the same things though which cause me to hate it cause idk how to make stuff taste good. Also everyone thinks I should get to 10% bf so I'm cutting.

And what's a nutritionist do?
