first cycle need advice

Hey I'm about to start a cycle I'm 23 6'0 180 I've got one vial of sustaplex 325 I'm about 10% bf I have the basics down and did enough research to write a paper but I want info directly from experience, I was told do 1cc once a week for a ten week cycle any input will be much appreciated

Not enough juice ya need more and need to shoot twice a week you have a pct also should run this minninum of ten weeks I would go twelve

Heres a basic cycle
2cc of test-1cc on mon and 1cc on thurs
Start Aromasin day 1 at 12.5mg and use everyday through cycle
HCG- This is up to you really, To keep the boys in tact and working (I would run 500iu's on the same day as pin days) 250ius on mon and 250 on thurs. Using a 29g insulin syringe that measures to the 25 mark if mixed with 5ml's of bac water at 5000ius of hcg
As for PCT i would keep it simple and run clomid at 50mg after 2 weeks of your last pin and run 3-4 weeks depending on your supply

actually post cycle therapy (pct) will start 3 weeks from last pin....deconate ester is the bulk of this compound
