First cycle opinions ?

Hi everyone, I want to thank you for stopping by and giving me a little of your time.
First off, I'm 19 years old, 150 lbs, 5.5% BF. I eat 5-6 times a day and it's hard for me to gain weigh, although I gain strength, I want to bulk up more and not be called the little ripped guy. I was wondering if anyone was in my position before, and overcame this. My goal is to be 175-180 and maintain 5%-6% Bf. any opinions on what I should run for my first cycle ? Thanks
 
yeah man , may be not what u want to hear but dont condiser using gear at your age . At 150lb u can still gain ALOT more naturaly before u should consider it . If its real that hard for u to gain weight , start counting calories every day and add 500calories to your daily intake , if after a week u dont gain , then next week add another 500cals and so on ... u will have to gain weight at some point , your body will soak that up .
 
Could you elaborate more please? Break down your diet for us. Eating 5-6 times a day isn't the same as eating 5-6 times a day. Also what does your training program look like. Also how long have you been training.

Put cycling on the back burning for now.
 
i reccomend groceries for your 1st cycle. ''seriouslly steroids are useless without food and your not getting enough. in fact even if you gained weight on cycle that would INCREASE your calorie requirement and you would have to eat even more or LOSE your gains. get diet and trainig down before you consider steroids.


before you even come back with how your diet is right just look at the numbers on the scale. your diet is NOT right.

Breakfest, 2 hours later lunch, then depending on my schedule (school, or gym) I have another mean after that, 2-3 shakes a day, and a huge dinner. I take casein protein before bed. And I do 2-a-day. Gym first, and usually after dinner I do about 200 push ups and 100 dips.
And I've been working out on and off since 8th grade, I'm now a freshman in college. I'm all lean muscle.. Sometimes I wish I could just take fat off someone and put it on me :/

My opinion on your first cycle is that you contact 3J today and start your first cycle bright & early March 2018 or so.

Being a little ripped guy at the age of 19 can quickly become the big ripped guy, with proper diet & advice from a guy like 3J.

I would tear into you, but I'm not, because I'm thinking of changing my name to 2nice4u.

At the age of 19 you are not fully developed and not finished growing. Not by a longshot. You have a few years left to grow, but a lifetime of damage if you're not lucky.

Yeah, yeah, yeah... we all know someone who claims to have started in their teens and nothing bad happened, that they admit. I been around awhile and have learned not to beleive anything I hear and only half of what I see.

The list of potential life-long damage you can do to yourself at your age is extensive and very real. I could give you the entire list of possibilities, but it would not be as effective as telling you to Google & read real life scenarios.

Nevermind.....that's not elaborating. Doesn't say how much of anything you're eating. Breakfast for you could be an orange for all we know. Guessing by the 200 push up comment, this is suppose to be a troll thread. Don't really see the point. Gives us someone to laugh at but meh!

If u eat like a kid, your going to look like a kid. You gotta eat big! Please go look thru the diet section!
 
How can we help you without that info. You ask for help then say you don't want to go into detail. I don't care what you appreciate my friend, I'm also not the one in need of answer. And yes I still think you're a troll.

Dude they're trying to get to see what macronutrients you are eating throughout the day. If you say you are eating "3500 calories" then maybe you need to bump that up to "5000 calories." Not saying I don't believe you, but I was a hard gainer for the longest time and then one day I decided to just start eating and then I started jumping in weight. I don't know how tall you are but 150 lbs at anything above 5'6" is still going to be pretty small IMO.
