First Cycle - Osta and S4

After researching diet, cardio, supps etc etc, and having a desire to change more than desire to remain the same, i'm going to start my first cycle. A little about myself:
31 yrs old
6' 0''
167 lbs.

I work a desk job and over the last 2 years I put on 12lbs in my gut. This is the most I've ever weighed. So I want to loose that and ideally keep the weight but in muscle of course!

My stack plan:
Osta, 25mg
S-4, 50mg (might do 5/2 if it comes to it, not keen on yellow vision)
Forma stanzol, 5 pumps am, 5 pumps pm
HCGenerate, 3 pills am, 2 pills pm
n2amp, pre wo, 8 pills seems like alot, we'll see
ntkts, pre wo, one scoop
Fish oil

As far as diet I haven't calculated numbers but it's inclusive of:
3 eggs 3 whites, banana, Greek Yogurt, oatmeal
Chicken/Turkey sandwich w/swiss (2 slices whole wheat of course)
two scoops peanut butter
some type of meat - salmon, steak, lean hamburger, chicken
peas or beans
75/25% mix of whey/casein pwo
25/75% mix of whey/casein before bed

I know i'll have a hard time eating regularly and consuming enough protein.

Pics attached that are post first workout.
More pics to come as I progress.

I'd like to say thanks for the community here and all the info available.
Comments welcome.

(I'm not pretending to be the go to guy) But i would have personally maybe asked for some Dieting/Workout regiments from some of the guys on here. Implemented them for atleast 6 months to get yourself more healthy by natural means. You need a good foundation before you start turning to "supplements" to help yourself along. All the same, best of Luck to you

That's a fair observation. In times past I started a routine but failed to see it through; I'd think a lot of people have that problem. However taking supplements on a schedule is easy. Knowing I HAVE to run or lift afterwards is the boost I need to keep to it.

I'm dead on with this guy. It looks like you are doing well with getting a diet figured out but I wouldn't touch AAS/PH/SARMS for awhile. You have a lot of potential gains you can make.

On the other side I really can't knock on you for wanting to try something. I've made my mistakes in the past. At least you arn't rushing into AAS or a PH. SARMS are no joke man. I strongly suggest you get your diet in check for a long time but if you insist you can check out my thread

I gained 25lbs through diet over a year before I decided to touch anything.

You will see piss poor results from any supplement without a proper training routine...

...and yes if your training is not even routine for you to follow it is piss poor

OP... you dont have too much muscle at all man. Your a yr away from AAS or any type of anabolic for sure. You should be cooking 4-6 meals a day..(not all at one, but)..

your breakfast should be eggs, egg white, oatmeal, etc. maybe 20g of whey. apple.

lunch/dinner...6-10 oz lean meat, green veggies, potato or rice, olive oil, nuts, avacado, brown rice.

than get on a good training schedule...you will grow. eat tons of clean cals and stay on point. Little to no boz. whiskey doesnt build muscles.

you should be doing all the basic's for at leat a few yrs before anything extra to help you

i agree with this all the way... if you can't even stay on a routine without supplements, you have NO BUSINESS running anything... you should at the BARE MINIMUM have a routine down for at least 6 months, and in all honesty, thats pretty low, before you even consider running anything... and at 6'0" 167, you are WAY UNDERSIZED... you have no foundation whatsoever... if you want to lose your gut, you need to take your a$$ to the gym and lose it... you need to build some muscle on your own, naturally.... you can't just have no foundation and run something and think magic will happen because thats not how it works man... i think its great you want to make improvements, but you have to do it a certain way... and just jumping into a cycle is not the way...

I appreciate all the input. I do understand supps arn't a magic cure and I don't expect as such. I'm ready for a change and I'm all in. I've stuck to the diet and been exercising regularly.

Week 1 results include 2lbs loss. I've been lifting and doing 45 min cardio runs on opposite days. Every day diet has been:
3 eggs and 2 whites. Instant oatmeal.
2 tbsp peanut butter, greek yogurt.
thick meat/cheese sandwich for lunch.
Some protein snack after work
lean meat with veggies for dinner
whey pwo
casein before bed

I've since added a simple one a day multivitamin.

Energy levels are high. My muscles were pissed the first few days. They're cooperating more now.

ntkts is strong stuff, you have to go do something after a scoop of that. The apple tastes great too.
n2amp - I haven't tried 8 pills yet, 4 didnt do much for me.

Dude you look like you have never picked up a weight in your life, usually indicating you don't know how to lift properly...but feel free to prove me wrong, post your weight lifting schedule- how many days per week, what exercises, muscle group frequency, workout volume (set/reps), etc

How are you going to know where your results are coming from by taking all that plus changing your diet? I'll give you an opinion from someone with a very similar body type, minus the fat. I would run just the Osta for your first time since it sounds like you're dead set on taking something. I ran it three times with great results, I also ate a hell of alot more than you. Only the last time, did I run it at 25mg. It WILL cause suppression. I made the mistake of not running a mini post cycle therapy (pct). Just be ready, if you're going to take all of that. Ectomorphs swell up real fast to begin with, if your new to lifting, get ready for the pain and I don't mean sore muscles your joints and tendons wont like it. Take the advice of everyone here and slow down.
