First Cycle "Read Please"

Stats:
Height- 6ft
Weight- 170
BodyFat- 6%

Working out SERIOUS for about a year with a decent diet and good training. About 10 months ago I weighed 145 lbs. Educated myself on the human body and supplementation as well as nutrition in general.

Now for the reason of this thread. I want every bit of advice I can get on this cycle.
Good first cycle?
Any adjustments?


First Cycle

Week 1-10 (Cycle)
-Test E or C 500mg/Week
(Monday&Thursday)
- Aromasin 25mg/E3D
(Tuesday&Friday)

Week 13-16 (PCT)
-Clomid 50mg/Day

What I need BEFORE Cycle:
-Aromasin
- Clomid
- Test E or C 20ml
- 22 gauge 1.5in Needles


When I finally decided to read the stickys and I actually learned a bit.
Advice to all new people. READ YOUR STICKYS & CONSIDER EVERYTHING

Also I don't plan to run this immediantly I want to build about 5-10 more pounds of lean muscle before hand.
 
how old are you man ? you've only been training for one year and want to hop on gear ? Id say u can reach alot higher with your natural potential with your stats . use gear when u hit your genetic potential or plateau .
 
I've been lifting for about 4 years but have gotten a lot more serious about my dieting and workout routine this past year.
 
Not calling you a liar or anything, but you sure you're 6% bodyfat?

With that said, I have to agree with fancyhuh. You could probably squeeze out a bit more muscle before supplementing with AAS if you want to maximize your gains.

Lol I'm pretty lean but it looks like I'm closer to about 8% according to them pictures!

You weigh 170? I'd say at this point it's up to you if you feel you're ready or not given you're done with adolescence. When I see new posters put up sub-10% bf figures, it always turns out that they're either at 15-20% or are 15 years old, and have low body fat, but near zero LBM.

You have a good solid base and could easily make great use of AAS imo. An extra 10lbs would be nice, and if you're not at a plateau - why not keep going natty until you need it?
 
like that poster u put up man (halfwit), its a good rough way to estimate body fat levels , kinda been looking for something like that !
 
Well I'm not 15 lol. Don't get me wrong I'm lean and I don't have the most accurate of scales.

I hit 175 and I moved city's and then lost a few pounds do to poor diet and exercise, but it seems that 180 would be close to my plateau. I think atleast. I want to be at about 200 lbs below 12% BF
 
I honestly cant see you looking that muscular and 6' only being 170lbs I am a exactly 6' with no socks and shoes on measured at the docs office. When I was lifting And got up 170lbs I looked like a string bean. you sure your not measuring your height with shoes on ? I looked your size Now that I am 190-210lbs I just don't see it unless you turn side ways and you are a lot thinner. :dunno:
 
I'm defiantly 6ft. It's been a year since I've been to the doc but I'm sure I didn't shrink bud.

I have a small waist that give me a very V tapered look.

400mg test E/week x6 weeks

150mg tren E/week x4 weeks

PCT= clomid Only x 30 days

158lbs
Max bench: 275lbs

I am trying to put on and keep 12lbs.

Alright, I'm a complete noob here. I have been researching for about a year and am finally starting my first cycle. I would rather ask for help then mess myself up. I have a friend that is on his 5th cycle and he recommended this. Can somebody look this over and tell me if it's a good idea please?

I'm not one to tell you what to do. So, with that being said, if you decide to run the cycle, run it for 12-16 weeks anything less than 12 is too short.

If you can't get that much, then wait til you can.

Well I can get 12 weeks for sure just was reading and a lot said 10 weeks minimum so that's why I chose 10 but if 12 should be I will
