First Cycle Review

officially gonna be starting my first cycle in about a month. just graduated school and am ready to dedicate some serious time to this cycle. looks like this...

1-12 500mg/wk test e
1-4 20/30mg d-bol

gonna run aromasin 12.5mg throughout and clomid weeks 15-18

i'm 22 yrs old about 5'8" 170 lbs. gonna consume roughtly 4000 cals a day with about 300g/protein daily.

thoughts, critiques, opinions?

dbol is a lil low IMO
I have to disagree here. If this is your first run than that dosage is fine to see how you respond. Your post cycle therapy (pct) timing is off, start 2 weeks after last injection of test. Good luck ok your cycle, nothing like the first time!
 
thanks. i plan on using gp's dbol which i hear is some strong stuff. just want to assess my tolerance first then bump it up if necessary
 
What are your goals with this cycle?

gain some mass while trimming up bf slightly and increasing strength. i have a mesomorph build, wide frame naturally and can gain weight easily so i want to keep my diet real clean with a lot of lean meats, whole grains, and healthy fats. if i just ate like a pig i'd pack on some serious fat.

don't have any specific numbers in mind, but would like to gain at least 15 lbs. over the 12 weeks and end up somewhere around 13% bf. im hovering right around the 14-15% now

by the way, being the geeky med guy that i am, i'll be tracking some basic vital signs throughout the cycle including resting heart rate (RHR), blood pressure (BP) and for shits and giggles, i'll do some vo2 tests before, during, and after the cycle.
 
sometimes i wonder if ure dbol was possibly underdosed (very common). first time users can get EXCELLENT results on 20 mgs alone, brotha newbs

well i actually thought the same thing-so i grabbed 2 bottles of a different kind-sure enough the first ones were a lil soft-not too bad though.

here is the problem for me, i like eating a few throughout the day-but if i dont get to eat 3 before i workout it just doesnt seem to give me the same intensity. so 2 throughout the day and 3 before workout seems ideal. i tried 6 ED for 2 weeks-eating 4 before workout-and there wasn't much difference between 3. a couple days towards the end i tried eating all of them before workout-and that wasnt any better either.

i just think that if im going to eat some dbols-i want to get strong fast. i just feel if you only ate 2 a day, you could prob make those same gains by simply changing your routine-and or diet.

4 would prob do the trick-but myself and many of the guys around my way-and i know quite a few-just feel 50 is the "MAGIC" number, the kinda magic that makes you turn as red as a tomato in the gym, and gives conan strength that improves daily.

thats strange but i believe u. maybe has to do with ure weight too. ur a big dude bro. and its possible by the time u kicked ure dbol up its possible ure test was already kicking in. and yes dbol split in during the day and right before workouts.

im taking dbols now and no test (im prepping for my cycle after coming off injury). but im not taking dbols where its affecting me to a point of shutting me down, yet its significantly helping me come back much faster from being off for 6 months. =)
(dont try this cuz u have no idea wut or how im doing it)
