First cycle soon! Blood Results back! A little concerned.

Hola once more guys, this is my third post in the community and so far everyone has been extremely helpful and it is much appreciated!

So again, I'll repost my information below; however, heres my concern.

I got my my lab results for the female hormonal panel done(Test results attatched). Two concerns, one mainly being my testosterone serum level. It was at an alarming 285. I haven't necessarily "grown" naturally in probably the last two years despite lifting hard and heavy--my strength is good but mass has always been an issue since I initially lost my weight. I also noticed in the last couple of years I have been extremely tired no matter how much sleep I get. Sometimes I'm passing out mid day.

Anyways, once my cycle is over and PCT is done--I'll have my blood checked once more(and of course in the middle of the cycle) to compare to see If I am holding my test levels. If they drop once more I was going to see a doctor to see if it's necessary. I understand given my age it is going to be on the decline, but 285 seems like a very steep decline.

My other concern is the High BUN and high BUN/Creatinine ratio.

Upon research I've come to the understanding that both of these can be caused by a high protein diet and creatine supplementation with a combination of not drinking enough water. I've always tried to have at least one gallon a day sometimes I fall short. I never have brown urine, always light yellow to crystal clear. Only slightly darker upon waking(I do have a shake before bed typically). So I honestly feel my kidneys aren't having any issues--while I'm no doctor, I never feel any strain physically on my kidneys, never had any stones, fam history is clean and only drink water.

So could anyone shed some light on these two?

1.)
Would you still go in for TRT after ester clear, pct done and test drops below or at the tail end?

2.) Should I even be the slightest concern in regards to the BUN and BUN/Ceatinine ratio? I've noticed the majority of people talking about this in the communities are saying it is common for a bodybuilder or someone eating like one will have elevated levels.

Add info:

Macros for a daily intake currently, give or take a hundred or so.

Totals:
Calories - 2960
Protein - 278
Fats - 139
Carbohydrates - 111

I do not supplement any creatine outside of what may be in a preworkout(if it has it) My protein sources are mainly chicken, eggs(whites and yolk, more whites thought), tuna. I rarely eat red meat.

I wouldn't cycle anything until I found the cause of hypogonadism. You should recover before you suppress yourself further. You're only 27 years old.

You should be concerned with your BUN/Creatinine numbers. You're stressing your organs. Ease up on the protein. Don't believe anyone that says you have to eat lots of protein.

About BUN, your protein intake is extremely high for your weight. Lower it to 200.
What time of the day did you give your blood samples? how many hours were you fasted?
Leave tbol out, run test only for your 1st cycle.
Don't forget to include HCG

I appreciate the input. I will more than likely back down on the protein--if this makes any difference my body composition is around 8-10BF% pic below shows my progress over the last 5 years. Farthest right is as of last month.

Next time try to do it as early in the morning as possible fasted for 12 hours for more accurate results.
I would do what Austinite told you. Go see a doctor before doing a cycle. He might decide to put you on TRT.

Running tren without test huh?

I forgot to mention It was in the morning but about 3 hours or so after waking, and I had that meal as well. Also, in regards to HCG--what is a typical or common used Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), dosage and protocol? I couldn't seem to find anything other than the actual term and what it's used for.

Use Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) the same amount of time you run a cycle.
for 12 week cycle you want to use it week 1-12
250 iu x2 week, 3.5 days apart. 500iu/wk total.

I would consider seeing a specialist but in the meantime you can re-test and do so as early as possible after waking and in a fasted state. Serum testosterone tests are generally not done in a fasted state but there is some evidence that food intake of as little as 550kcal can give a false low reading of serum testosterone by up to 30% and evidence in literature and studies suggests food intake can influence the diurnal rhythm of testosterone secretion. It's not clear why or how this happens but

Until the mechanism behind this effect has been explored, we suggest that assessment of S-T for diagnostic purposes should be collected in the morning after an overnight fasting.

If you are passing out mid day don't rule out sleep apnea. I have this and have T levels of 265-383 ng/dl....
I don't feel sleepy during the day....
I felt sleepy during the day with 663 ng/dl and no sleep therapy.

What do you mean by "waking and anger state"?
