I am 21 years old, and I practiced weight training for the past 3 years. finally, after much hard work (when I started I went out two years of anorexia, 59kg x 185cm), I believe I have got decent results. Recently I moved from Milan to Berlin to study, and now I'm looking for a new gym here. Because of this shift, I was able to train in a decent way for the past two months, so my body has gone downhill.

weight 93kg
12% body fat
I would ask advice on how to set up my first cycle, first of all, my intention is to 'wipe' the remaining fat, and also, of course, put on as much clean mass as possible.
