First Cycle test E 500/w

stats:

25yr old
180lbs
70inches tall

bench max 285
squat max 315
deadlift max 335

This is my first cycle. 500 test/ week

Im running test250 E from by schering
did my first shot on wednesday23dec

the injection was smooth, felt no pain, but had a harsh soreness for 3 days.

Just did my second injection today.

again it was real smooth. the injection process went a lot smoother the second time around.

im pinning with 25g needles, but im planning on getting some 19g needles to draw with.

i have a bunch of hcg. im planning to start it the second week.

i also have some adex. im unsure of whether i want to use it at all or start it around the 2nd week.

i have clomid and nolva on hand for pct
 
im eating like a champ.

breakfast is usually an omelette with everything
2 hard boiled eggs
some bacon
2 cups oatmeal
fruit
and whole milk

lunch
3 pieces of meat usually chicken
potatoes
veggies
fruit
pasta

then a pre workout shake 650 cal 60g protein
post work out shake 650 cal 60g protein

dinner is almost the same as lunch

then before bed sometimes i have a small meal or another protein shake
 
cool..keep us up on progess and gains and get some pics..this thread will grow with popularity if you keep it active
 
sounds like you are doing it right....keep up the meals and you should be seeing some killer gains....ill check back after you log some more
 
Did my 3rd pin last night in the right glute

used a 25g 1inch pin.

my buddy looked like he was about to throw a dart and freaked me out a lil bit, but so far I glutes are feeling good.

about 10x better than pinning my delts.

I did shoulders, I don't notice any effects of the test, but my strength is going up from just eating right and dieting.

im planning on taking some pics tonight.

can't wait for my next pin, i feel like wanting to pin everyday.
 
then run prop lol...jk. howcome you arent kickstarting the cycle with dbol. Its of course not necessary just curious. But congrats man glad your liking it so far

again i want to say how much better the glutes are than delts.

im thinking about pinning quads next, but reading in the forums, a lot of users are experiencing lots of pain.

im a pretty active person, so having my quads crippled would be bad.

im deciding whether i should hit the delts again or just go with the quads.

anyways went to the gym today, did back. did deads a 315 pretty easy.

I think quads are a pretty common pin site..i'd give it a shot and see how you feel. i plan on pinning quads myself.
 
after doing some research I decided not to pin quads.

I went ahead and pinned my right delt again yesterday. I hit it with a 25g 1inch pin.

my rotation is looking like delt, delt, glute, glute.

when I went to pin my friends delt, as the needle was going in, his shoulder muscle started spasming. i went ahead and injected.

but now that i think about it, im guessing I hit a nerve. any thoughts on this matter?


also on my third week, not feeling any str gains yet, thou i feel like my libido is through the roof.

Good stuff Taco. I was wondering why u use such a large needle or didnt anyone reconize that?

I use 18 G to pull and 23 too shoot. Never ever get any pain in the quads. Jw bro .

So I did my first pin of the 4th week today in the glute

I used a 25g 1inch pin. This was by far the most painful stick. All the other sticks have been painless, but I felt every split second of this pin. maybe it wasn't the sweet spot? or a nerve?

anyways, I did legs today. im not too sure if the stuff has kicked in yet, but I felt different at the gym today.

I would do a set, get to my limit then do another 2 reps. i would jump right to the next set, where usually i like to take a good breather.

I would hurry to next exercise.

also i had an amazing pump up my entire leg all the way to my glutes. it was hard to walk to the next exercise, i felt like a newborn deer or some shit.

I was thinking of doing barbell lunges about halfway into the workout, so i tried to do a lunge without any weight first and nearly fell, so i nixed that shit.

my heart was beating so fast and i was working out so hard, i almost felt like i was going to puke.

I can't wait for my next workout.

The juice is officially loose.

the pump I got from biceps and triceps was enormous.

I was hitting sets and moving to the next exercise with very short rests.

towards the end of the workout when I was hitting triceps, I'd get real focused on hitting the set hard, then after I would look around the gym almost like I was in a rage.

I can already feel my aggression going up which is bad for me because I like to joke around and talk crap a lot.

so it took about 4.5 weeks for test E to kick in, but it feels great.

I can't wait to see what kind of gains I get in the next 2 months.

**on a side not, my ass check is fucking hurting
