This week has been horrible with joint pain. Doing flat bench/decline/incline and dumbell/barbell curls was hell. My elbow pain is through the roof right now. I might take tonight off and rest up. I still did all my workouts but it was very painful, its a sharp internal pain right in the middle of the elbow. Never had it this bad before. Makes my face cringe when Im lifting the weight off the rack lol. Makes my arms feel weak like it takes effort just to press the door open or take off my shirt, definitely not a good feeling.
I started same cycle 1 wk earlier than you.
Went through the same pain and shock last week too. Doing much better this week - on 8wks today. If same scenario, next wk you will feel much better. You will see body composition changes, as well as strength increases. I plateaued for about 3 wks.
Any numbers on lifts and how much improvement?
