First Cycle- Test E 500mg 12 weeks

I will post before & after shots when I'm finished. I'm really happy with it so far, really adding some serious thickness on right now.

Ok I'll pick up some joint pills and go with some more fish oil.

Did my 10th pin yesterday. Inject went good.

First workout of the week was yesterday, chest/biceps. I had to drop 10lbs on everything as my shoulder/elbows/wrists are so sore. I feel like a 90 year old man.
I started taking glucosamine and taking more fish oil.

I don't know what I should be doing, I don't mind soldiering through this but it's a pain in the ass, makes lifting miserable and I can't throw up my usual weight. :bash:

Im up to 206 right now. Around 13-15%.
 
happy to see your gaining. sucks about the joints. fish oil ya thats one i forgot to mention to you via email.
increase the water intake also. what i have had to do it the past was take a week off any thing to do with arms.
just legs and abs shrugs. so long as i didn't have to bend the arm i was fine.
after a week i would feel much better and could do an very good arm routin.
now depending on how you have your split you may be over working the arms.

Workout split:
Mon: Chest / Biceps
Tues: Back / Triceps
Wed: Shoulders
Thurs: Legs

if your still doing it this way, thats a fine split.
but i tend to drift away the odd time and do more then i should.
 
did you ever change your injection site? I did my first pin ever on monday (now wednesday) on my right glute and im really sore lol.
 
I just took a week off not too long ago so I don't want to take another one off, lol. Maybe I'll just go light next week if they're still sore.

I will try injecting slower, the lumps go away in 3-4 days but are a little sore.

Still feeling great, looking pretty thick, few veins in my chest/shoulders coming out which is kind of cool!

Still doing the injects, my gym was closed last week so I was forced to workout with free weights at home.

Back at it hard this week. Sitting at 207 right now. Pretty much every single person that I seen over Christmas break complemented on how big I look, so that was encouraging!
 
Finally got back into the gym today for chest/biceps. Went awesome, throwing big weight around, joint pain is gone. Only complain is a little back pain but nothing major, and quad inject is giving me a bit of a limp. :nopity:
Feeling good, took a crappy cell phone picture but I decided not to post it, lol, Im just a swollen mass of water, skin and muscle right now. Weighing in at 208.

As much as a I love the holidays it sure screws up your routine, glad to be back on the grind!

Sitting at 209, hoping to get to 220 before I start to cut.

Hey lyan great progress so far!

Your post cycle therapy (pct) looks light to me bro. If you shutdown or recover at a slower pace your gonna lose some(or most) of your hard earned gains. Look at it like your paycheck: its not how much you made its how much you kept! Plus IMO the nolva is unnecessary..esp with the sides some experience. Here is an example of a pt I've ran twice that worked perfectly with bloods to prove it.

12-16 forma-stanzol 5 pumps am and pm every day
12-16 hcgenerate 5 caps every day
12-16 phyoserm-347 1 cap twice a day
12-22 Osta sarms

For the joints if the fish oil isn't enough add in some Krill oil for 4-6 wks.
 
Damn ur beefing up. good stuff. i would hit ur traps and chest more to match those arms they got big lol. And as for post cycle therapy (pct) I would Def go with a SERM when dealing with gear. Will u be posting back pics?

Ur post cycle therapy (pct) is light u need to add clomid with that nolva

I'm going to get some real good pictures at the end of my cycle, I just wanted to throw some up for now to see what you guys think. I noticed my back/arms/shoulders seemed to grow the most. My traps are actually one of my strong points but in the pictute either from angle or bad quality they don't look great. My chest is really not on par with those but I'm working it hard so hopefully it will come.

With chest it works best for me to have a spotter. For some reason my chest only really likes to grow when i hit failure. Everybody is different tho
 
Hit the chest super hard yesterday felt great!

Starting to get an oily face and a small amount of acne on my shoulders, nothing to major.

Having a little bit of trouble sleeping at night, but I feel really tired, it's weird. When I do sleep I dream alot and sleep talk, never did that before lol.

Overall feeling good sitting at 210 right now, hope to get some good photos soon.
The pumps are unreal right now, it feels like my muscles are going to explode :Pump:

Can definitely say I feel different right now, just a bunch of little things nothing serious. Knees cracking going up stairs, back pain, losing some flexibility specially after lifting with a pump, somedays its a chore to take a shirt off with a sweaty back, right after triceps is the worst!

Still diggin can't wait to start leaning out in the next few weeks!
 
Still going hard, pretty much leveld off at 210.
Workouts went great last week my strength was way up. This week has been horrible with joint pain. Doing flat bench/decline/incline and dumbell/barbell curls was hell. My elbow pain is through the roof right now. I might take tonight off and rest up. I still did all my workouts but it was very painful, its a sharp internal pain right in the middle of the elbow. Never had it this bad before. Makes my face cringe when Im lifting the weight off the rack lol. Makes my arms feel weak like it takes effort just to press the door open or take off my shirt, definitely not a good feeling. :bash:
