First cycle test+tbol log

welcome
i will be keeping a log of my first cycle which starts tomorrow
i am running
test e(bionichepharma) 1-12 weeks 250mg x2 mon/thur
tbol (zydex)1-5 weeks 50-75mg ed
hcg 1-13 weeks (4days before pct) 250iu x2 wed/sun

airmidex 1-13 weeks( 1 day before pct) 0.25mg eod

pct
week 14-18
clomid 100,50,50,50
nolva 40 20 20 20

starting weight is around 212 will weigh tomoz
body fat around 17%
been training for 5 and a half years
age 23

will try and post pic sometime this week also

couple questions first shot shoulders or glutes?
and
my hcg came in 3 1500iu amps, i have brought empty vials do i just add the powder in the vial and mix in vial or mix in amp?
 
diet is around 4,400 cal 360g protein, 450g carbs, 120gfat , and will be slowly increasing if need be
training is 5 day split
mon-triceps/forearms/traps
tue- quads/biceps,calfs
wed-off
thu-back/hamstrings/calfs
fri-off
sat-chest/forearms/traps
sun-shoulders-calfs/abs
 
day 1
weight 212.8lb
first jab went smoothly , did shoulder , no pip just a lil numb afterwards
took 25mg tbol morning
will take other 25mg pre workout around 10pm
 
day 3
weight 213.2 (+0.4lb)
shoulders seemed to have gotten a bit harder , maybe the tbol kicking in?
have gotten a couple spots on neck already and also feeling tired throughout the day,
appetite has gone through the roof though
hcg pin tonight , do most of you guys do hcg from week 1 or week 3 ?

calfs- 16.2 in
forearms 13.8
quads- 26.3in
waist- 37.9in
arms- 17.5in

it's day 3....technically the tbol started doing it's work, but you won't notice anything until somewhere into your second week i'd say. start hcg @ day 1 if you have enough....if not i'd say week 3 should be the latest imo.
 
heres my before cycle pic at 212 no pump or anything, looking back at it probs should of cut a bit more. did first shot of hcg last night sub q, and have my second test shot in couple hours before gym , training back and hams tonight.

That's what i've been doing and haven't come across any problems, since it's only 2 times a week

depends on the guage of the needle. i got away with delts only for a couple cycles when i was using 25G, but any bigger than that and you start to get scar tissue.
 
ive been using 23g atm , ill buy some 25g over the weekend, as for hcg im keeping it at a friends house, would it be fine if i just did 1 shot of 500iu instead of twice week
 
nah...split it. you don't wanna spike estrogen with one big shot. you'll find that everything runs smoother when you keep levels stable.

you'll be fine for now, but i'd get used to alternating pin sites for future cycles.
 
It's good to know that there are still some rational 1st timers out there that wait at least 5 years worth of hard natty training before they decide to do a cycle. Best 1st time cycle, in my opinion is just test e or cyp @ 250-300 mg/wk for 10 wks or so. During your 1st cycle your going to have great results just by pinning the test. If it were me, I'd wait to do the tbol/dbol on your 2nd cycle.

My motto is take the least amount you need to kick your body over into a nice anabolic state, and less is always best, especially on your 1st run.

Take it for what it's worth.

thank you sir, couldnt agree more , ive worked in a gym for 4 years now and the amount of people that want to instantly jump on steroids is scary, at 18 i was very close to doing a ph cycle , thankfully guys on forums helped me with my diet and i have gained around 80 pounds in the past 5 years naturally, hopefully because of that i will get the reward come the end of this cycle.
 
day 7-217.8lb(+5lb)
5 pound in a week

might be me being paranoid but i think im getting signs of gyno, nips seem puffier and a lil sensitive, bit itchy
im currently on 0.25 adex eod , should i bump this up to 0.5 eod?
also should i start nolva 10/20mg until its subsides
i can get my hands on letrozole would it be worth investing in or should nolva do the job?

get blood work....don't up your AI until you do. in the meantime, you can take some nolva or ralox if you're worried.
 
It could also just be paranoia, a week ago i got paranoid that i was getting gyno (it's all in my log). I started using Nolva but then 2 days later I realized i was just paranoid. Of course the safest route is going by what jozif said and getting blood work.
 
Your probs right, i did up my armidex that day to 0.5 and i think i will keep it there it at 0.5 eod , and the puffiness and itchness has gone.
in a bit of a panic i did order some letrozole yday, just if gyno ever got really bad its good to have it on hand.
