Looking for some wise input and help with this cycle.
22 years old been training for 4 solid years now let me give you some stats;
height: 5"11
weight: 151lbs
bodyfat: 16%
age: 22
before you all start flaming about I shud eat more I'll have you know I eat 7 meals a day. It's in my genetics to be slim my mother father and grandparents are all and have always been slim back to the topic though.

My goal for this cycle is to gain around a stone of quality defined muscle. Anymore will arouse suspicion to my girlfriend and my family. Taking into consideration my goals

I'm considering a cycle that would look like this:

Test E: 600mg(wk 1-8)

PCT:
nolvadex 20/20/20/10 (4weeks)

any ideas? Also if gyno occurs shud I continue the cycle while running nolvadex or stop completely? Will post pictures of how I look ATM so you can get an idea. Criticism welcome, if u think I shud take more, less etc.

welcome to ology. get that bodyfat rechecked if your 5-11 and 151 pounds . thats very light for that weight.

Your natural test should be pretty high at 22 so your seven meals must not each have enough calories or your not training hard enough

My 7 meals a day consist of precisely each meal containing minimum of 500 calories and 45g protein. My training regime is
Monday: back bi
Tuesday: no gym
wednesday: shoulders abs
Thursday: legs
Friday: no workout
Saturday: chest tri
I did include my genetics are against me on this one guys. Thanks for input as always.

at that height and weight you will absolutely have to add more food and calories to grow if your not growing now. steroids without enough food/protein isnt gonna help much if any.

Granted that as I read in ur post after posting my question. However clearly if u wud understand it's not in my genetics much to utilise foods. My family are all slim. And my grandparents are too. With thr exception to my uncle who uses steroids. I can happily say it's not in my genetics to gain weight. Believe me anyone who sees how much I eat would tell you it's a near miracle I'm this skinny.

You need to learn how to eat and train properly. Your a year younger than me, and way taller you shouldn't have any problems making gains. Two years ago I was sitting at 140lbs, today i'm 201 at 5'7. Genetics is sort of a cop out at 155lbs. (Never touched any aas either) I'd suggest reading and posting in the diet/training threads, and while your at it sit back and read and learn as much as you can from all the vets here.

There has to something off for your height-weight and bf% to be where they are.

I think you should look into a PT/fitness coach if you can afford one, your training must be off-genetics aside with the training your claiming and your diet you should be making gains...try tweaking your diet and changing your training routine.

I understand. However surely u can not diargars my genetics standing at my whole family being underweight and my grandparents. Conclusively my immediate family are all very slim excluding my uncle. Gaining weight has been an uphill struggle all my life. A cycle such as test e should give me good enuff gains to be happy with. My goal isn't to be massive or anywhere near the 200lb mark just to gain nice lean defined muscle gains in the region of 12lbs tops. I'm almost 100% sure that 3,500 calories a day with 174g protein and 140 carbs on a cycle will give me
more than adequate results having read other peoples cycles with diets.

Are you sure your wrote your pounds and bf% down right, because you would be about 130lbs with no body fat. I think skin and bones weighs about that at 5 11 lol.

Steve. I don't appriciate sarcasm nor patronisation on this topic. It's clearly something I can't seem to help no matter how much I eat and work out. Bit of sebsitivity and sensibility wouldn't go far.

Sounds like you need to eat even more then.

You're bean pole skinny and want to use gear.Your so called inability to gain weight is an excuse. My entire family are small and scrawny because none of them eat correctly.I was 6'3" and 160 lbs at 20 yrs old.I was 250 by my mid twenties without touching AAS.

If you wont eat enough you should skip AAS till you're ready to make the commitment.

I dont know if you know this our not but you'll probably lose weight on AAS because of your eating habits.
