Granted that as I read in ur post after posting my question. However clearly if u wud understand it's not in my genetics much to utilise foods. My family are all slim. And my grandparents are too. With thr exception to my uncle who uses steroids. I can happily say it's not in my genetics to gain weight. Believe me anyone who sees how much I eat would tell you it's a near miracle I'm this skinny.

thenb you shoudl go to doc and ask to get your "thyroid glands" checked!
seriosly IF just IF you are eating alot and lifing right (most cases people THINK they aare but really arnt)
then you should check you thyroid to se if ita hyper active.

if its nto im sorry but there not much excuse else unless you have an intestinal issue or cancer of some sorts.
"genetics" is hogwash unles you talking a GENETIC DISORDER then maybe yes.

i will say when ready this cycle is good for first BUT ONLY if it where to 12 or 14 weeks. 8 weeks if pritty must a wast and a pointless blow to the body to roller coaster rid its system for endig gup with maybe 1 months to 5 weeks of growth (what 1 or 2 lb if you not already growing?) .....ready?...... i can tell you you are not.
even is it is your thyroids you should look into that before using ANYTHING. and fix it. its its normal im sorry your diet and/or trainning is off wether you want to beleave it or not.

Had that checked up funnily enough last week should get results early this week. Will check when I get home, thanks for the comments EVERYONE. I apologize to both DADAWG and drewbolic. It was a long week last week, I have believe it or not taken on your guys advise I have cancellled any plans for a AAS cycle and now looking at dieting and training if anyone could point me in the direction of a quality diet abd training regime so I can compare and alter mine I would greatly appriciate it. However if not I understand after my comments.

I wasn't gonna post on here but it takes a big man to admit hes wrong, so I will say this.

You need BIG amounts of quality WHOLE foods (not a bunch of shakes and shit) and you need to train BIG and HEAVY. Check out Jamy's thread in the diet forum, and here is my fav starter get big and strong routine. It doesn't look like much, but if you follow it exactly, you will GROW. You gotta get strong to get big!!

Lilsten brother. You could add 8oz of lean protein and 50g of carbs to every one of those meals and gain 15lbs in a month. Jesus. Who told you bacon sandwiches and salad would yield you mass results?

Go to the diet forum and post this up. This will take 5 mins of fixing and you'll be 30lbs heavier by next year. Easy.

Like RJH said, If you train hard and add about double the amount of food you are eating you will grow. Your 22, you have tons of natty test right now. Just make sure everything you are eating is quality foods. Don't try and take short cuts by eating garbage.

Even If wise up and decide to stay off the gear for a while stick around here. Lots of knowlege on this board. If you Eat good and clean, Train hard and keep reading and posting on this board by the time you are 25 you will be armed with the knowledge and the foundation to make your first cycle a great one.

As for the last comment I know I was primarily told to attempt to consume at least 100ml of olive oil a day to up my fat content while upping my calorie intake, keeping in mind olive oil contains over 800 calories and 95g of fat in just 100ml. However much I suggested this wasn't ideal I was told to attempt it. Anyone advise if this is a bad choice?

you don't need olive oil... you need WHOLE foods. Lean proteins, complex carbs, and good fats. Olive oil is fine to ADD, but not as an only food choice.

As for you other retards, take it to another thread... The general here is finally willing to learn. lol
