Thanks for input guys. As for the last comment I know I was primarily told to attempt to consume at least 100ml of olive oil a day to up my fat content while upping my calorie intake, keeping in mind olive oil contains over 800 calories and 95g of fat in just 100ml. However much I suggested this wasn't ideal I was told to attempt it. Anyone advise if this is a bad choice?

its not that difficult bro. You're overthinking this diet thing.

You need good quality whole foods. Lean proteins, complex carbs, and good fats (cashews, almond butter, natty PB, almonds, avacado).

Keep it simple. There's no magic involved.
 
Thanks RJH I appriciate you actually treating me like a person it's really helping =) I will try to not overthink and definately look onto the diet section of this website forum. Thanks everyone been a great help diverting me from what cud of been a disaster. Guess thts all.
 
Right guys here I am updating those who saw past my ignorance. I have reviewed my diet and here is my diet plan please I am willing to take any form of criticism here. Honest.!!

7:30am
porridge
pint milk

9:30am
protein drink with 1 banana, oatmeal and 3 tbs peanutbutter (300cal just peanutbutter) (50g protein/30g oatmeal)
fill with milk or water BLEND UP DRINK


11am
bacon sandwhich
pint of milk
salad with
100ml olive oil dressing


1pm
bacon sandwhich
pint of milk
peanutbutter sandwich on whole wheat



3:30pm
pasta (add olive oild as much as you can to sauce)


6pm
whatever the girlfriend cooks for dinner usually at least 150g chicken breast

8pm
9:30am

it's not much I know but I really need top input into here. I appriciate I need to eat more but please be constructive with answers any hidden foods can be added to up my calories please do inform.

eat EVERY 2-2.5 hrs!! it will add up at end of day. here is my rec in RED above

you could add more but just the SMALL thing i change already added over 1500cal to your diet and over 100g protein. with more fats and carbs.

FATS ARE GOOD! GOOD FATS THAT IS!
add olivoild to all that you can .
and peanutbutter is very calorie dense so try adding it when you can.

add ti into pasta sauce you can add alot and not feel sick. salid well you cand add much without it tasting sickaning. atleast to me.
