start taking potassium and magnesium.. and make sure youre getting 1 gallon water a day
that will help with the pumps
I agree with 3j. I take large doses of potassium at time for leg cramps. Also as was said drink a lot of water keeping yourself VERY hydrated. The more water the better. Drinking water will help you keep your water retention down. Seems to not make sense but water in , is water out.
